A shocking customer service experience. We purchased 4 trees in the spring of 2022. The three English Oak struggled the first season after planting. The following spring, the top half/third of each tree was dead, including the leader branch on all three trees. We approached Baseline about our options for warranty, including pictures and video, in the Spring of 2023. The staff agreed to honor our warranty for all three trees. Unfortunately, they had minimal stock for replacement, so they offered us a credit to use the following year. Not ideal, but we went with it. We came back this spring, 2024. Choose our trees, and arranged to have them planted. When they arrived, they decided the original trees were "perfectly healthy" and refused to replace them. We are furious they would waste our time dealing with the warranty, choosing replacement trees and taking time off work for planting. Not to mention they went back on their word to honor the warranty.
The owner was very unpleasant, insulting and treated me like a criminal before hanging up on me.

Buyer beware, you may end up spending over almost $1500 for a yard full of half dead trees like we did. I won't make that mistake again. I'll also be sure to share our experience, so we can protect our friends/family/neighbours from the same frustrating experience.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. He offered some great tips on how to plant, maintain, and care for the flowers to keep them blooming all summer. We couldn't have asked for better service, we will be back again! Thank you.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I've been to this nursery, in the market for trees, on three separate occasions, and each staff member we've dealt with was awesome. Very competitive and again, can't beat the expertise!

I was heading to South London. No thought of plants at all. Driving by, I suddenly thought to stop.

Spent, $250. Buying varieties you don't find at big box garden centers (though I've not got to Parkway Gardens yet this year). Plus 3 tomato plants...Black Krim included
I plan to go back and buy a few more of the rarer shrubs.
