Been going here for a couple years on a semi regular basis and will no longer be coming back. Firstly one of the staff constantly makes mistakes on the products he gives you and then when you tell him the next time you're in he said oh well. But the reason I will not be returning is based on my most recent visit and the behavior of staff member Adesh (or something like that) Three of us came in and were looking at your pre-roll wall, he approached us to ask if we needed help. (If there was an issue this would have been the chance to address it) We said we made our decision and walked to the counter. Now a few moments later after pulling my picks he ID the person not buying anything. My friend 23 didn't want to purchase anything so didn't have his wallet so left the store. Now me at the age of 45 with Id was not allowed to purchase anything. But the other one of our group was allowed to buy stuff. I have no problems with you IDing customers but it should be as soon as you walk in the store. Which would have been an acceptable practice but to leave is in the store for five minutes until paying then asking is unprofessional. Also claimed they didn't ask upon arrival as they were "short staffed" but they had the usual 3 staff on. Plus he was very rude. I won't be back

The lady working denied me service because all 3 of my credit cards weren’t signed (on the back of my cards don’t say I must have signed) she tried to get me to sign on the part that is used to swipe the credit card (how stupid can u be to even ask someone to do that?) I have been to many different locations of bc cannabis and other dispensary’s and have never been asked for something so stupid and ridiculous. You guys are selling weed, you aren’t bouncers or bartenders. Not even bartenders or bouncers ask for something that ridiculous. Anyways, I went to burb and got my joint with no issues. I will never return to any of your locations.

Most disrespectful staff of any store I have ever been to telling me my 3 week old baby in a stroller is a disturbance and isn't aloud in the store and that I need to leave her outside. Absolutely ridiculous behavior I will never recommend anyone shop here.

An excellent selection of cannabis products whether you smoke, do edibles or drinks!! Love the selection and prices too! Oh! The staff here are pretty awesome too! 8 joke around with them every time I go there!

I spent 40 years practicing civil disobedience when the laws made us criminals for smoking a plant. I knew after legalization that these stores would be everywhere. But what they lack is a sense of obligation to the consumer. Each time I go to a store. Like the old days. The first thing I do when I get home is put it on a scale. And each time my disappointment is backed up with bags that have less weight than what they are labeled to have. I have included a picture from today's purchase. I have two others from my last visit. If you people want to succeed then you need to make adjustments to how you operate. Because the more this happens. The less I plan on coming back. Same way we dealt with the shady dealers.
