I have had some bad purchasing experiences in the past. Once I found BCRT Plants, I haven't had any issues. They have the widest selection, would never sell a sick plant and they truly care about their clients. The customer service is quite amazing considering the volume of plants they sell on a weekly basis. My collection of rare plants is almost complete, at an affordable price with their purges! I highly recommend purchasing from them, the wait for shipping is worth the quality.

Okay, wow! I have had nothing but good experiences with BC Rare Tropicals. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and hilarious! My plants arrived today and, despite shipping delays, are in incredible shape. They were meticulously wrapped. The leaves look great and the roots are incredibly healthy! I can not rant and rave about this wonderful group enough. Their prices are absolutely fair, they work incredibly hard, and have given me the best experience with plants I’ve ever had. I’ve found them to be completely understanding and they overcompensate for any mistakes made. Half of the time my plant gets upgraded, or there ends up being more than one in there. One plant lost its leaf, but I didn’t give up on it, and now it’s pushing out its second leaf. Not all plants make it, and that’s just how it is. I’ve found these individuals to be completely upfront and honest about any mistakes made. I will definitely continue to purchase from them. The purge style sales are super fun, their freebies, as well as their pick up/delivery options are beyond generous.

The team at BCRT are amazing to deal with and very knowledgeable. Amazing customer service. They are a very friendly team and fun to talk too. The plants that are shipped are beautiful and well packaged. Look out for those purges that BCRT hosts because they have some amazing deals on wishlist plants.

I have purchased multiple plants from the BCRT and cannot say enough good things!

My plants are always acclimated and well rooted (unless I bought fresh clips). Nadine is also super helpful when I have any questions. Their purges are really fun and you can get some really well priced plants and awesome freebies (I got a free baby Thai Constellation one time 😀😀)

BC Rare Tropical Plants is the best! Seriously, if you want rare plants, this is the place to go. I buy 95% of my rare plants from them. Their prices are fair. They work closely with their growers and make sure that they are all ethically grown. They all come in excellent shape and they are excellent and so friendly to deal. Everyone is very knowledgeable and will show you how to keep your plant babies thriving. Looking for something specific? Just ask, they will work hard to find your dream plants. In the past year+ of dealing with the BCRT team I have received many beautiful, healthy plants. On multiple occasions Nadine has upgraded my specimen to a nicer one, without me requesting, or being charged extra. Yes, it is a small business, with real people running it, so there have been a few "hang ups" I guess you could say. But anytime I have a question or concern I feel I am given the time to sort it out/receive explanation. If you're new to plants, they are happy to share knowledge and answer questions. I have received tips on acclimating and pest prevention/treatment. I have seen time and time again just how big these people hearts are, and they put their whole hearts into this business.
