We are fan of the raw honey : we always bought the 4 lb. (1.82 kg) Jar – Cold-Extract, Pure, & Unpasteurized and also the Ginger Infused Raw Honey (we put this one in the fridge to keep the pink color of the beet juice). I tried other honey in Vancouver but I always come back to those 2. I am happy that they deliver in one day in Vancouver, so I don’t need to wait for the Farmer Market to come back in summer. I called them to confirm my order, they were very kind and delivered promptly. I recommend this qualitative honey. The whole family likes it!

The raw honey is excellent! The problem is that for the 3.2 kg bucket, I paid $100. I understand that you use a special cold extraction process to ensure the best quality. My Aunt just came back from Alberta (she drove), and brought me back the same size bucket of raw, unfiltered honey from Gramma Bee's, and it was $35. That's a $65 difference. Please explain to me why the same honey, with the same health properties has such a price difference? My mom opened her bucket from Gramma Bee's and it looks exactly the same. Nice soft raw honey with the hard top. Please tell me why I should purchase your honey over Gramma Bee's.

Customer service is horrible here. I called a day before to check if they had any Bee pollen, and the guy on the phone was not paying attention to my questions and was in the middle of making a Costco order. ( I know because I could hear it on the other line ) so it was impossible to hear or talk to him properly.
I stopped by their location anyways, and I waited over 20mins for someone to come to the front desk inside and NO ONE showed up. I almost left without buying anything because I called the phone number on google twice, and the man on the phone INSISTED that the front desk woman was in the bathroom and would be out shortly. Only for her to be sitting in her black Tesla right next to the building just chilling on her phone! When she finally came out of the car because another family pulled into the lot, She walked in and was surprised I was standing there. And all she had to say was “oh , I didn’t see you”. Not even a sorry for making me wait almost 25 minutes!
I ended up getting only bee pollen. I would have maybe bought more if she seemed interested in letting me try anything as I hadn’t even been there before. Not respecting customers time I feel is a huge issue that I find very disrespectful and does not feel welcoming at all….Especially when they came in very excited to try your products.
Maybe I’ll return in a month or so and I’ll change the review if the customer service improves.

Bcb honey is the only honey I purchase in recent years, I even send them back to my homeland as gifts for my friends and relatives. I'm very satisfied with the multiple flavors for different uses, although It's definitely not a cheap product but I can't refuse to use them for salad, baking, making drinks or yogurt etc…u name it. Hope the owner would keep the quality and I'll be a fan forever.

The first time I bought 3 jars of honey in October 2024, the product was marvelous. So much so that I bought 6 jars in December 2024. I have never been so disappointed with honey before. The second batch of honey bacame fully crystallized in a few short weeks, stored at room temperature, and looked like sugar. The farm called me after I reached out and they gave me an unconvincing reason. They suggested I soak the jars in hot water to liquify it again. I tried multiple times and in the end I threw the honey away, $150 worth. It was far too gritty for anyone in my house to eat. I am never buying from them again.

Was looking for local organic unpasteurized honey for my allergies, and this was the place to buy! Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Appreciate the help, the honey tastes great too!

The jar alone weighs 250-300g, but the honey is still advertised as 2lbs? The total weight on the honey WITH the jar was 920-950g. That is a huge discrepancy of 25-30% or more. I now question the purity of the honey itself. I would not recommend this place to anyone after this.

Someone on Facebook called this out years ago too, I wish I saw it earlier. Sad to see nothing has changed either. They clearly don't care about deceiving their customers.
