Great overall experience, service and after care were the most important things to me and Beachcomber delivers on both. Zach, Jordan and the delivery crew were all very professional and addressed all my needs. Hot tub is set up and fits very well into my specific space. They even had an electrician lined up so the install process was seamless. There are many hot tub brands available but knowing I can get my water tested and any issues fixed locally is reassuring for an item I plan to have for years to come.

Bought a refurbished hot tub two year ago they came to the house took all the measurements set up the electrical craned it into place has some technical issues in the beginning they came and fixed it right away. They help with rebalancing the water when you bring down a sample from the hot tub and sell everything you need onsite. Every time I go in someone always greets me very knowledgeable staff and they also sell many beautiful outdoor furniture and decor to help us make our special relaxing and entertaining spot an enjoyable environment for our family and friends love it will probably trade in and upgrade with them one too!!! Very top notch experience overall and family run. We went with a tiki theme.

Thanks for the good service on my search and purchase of a refurbished hot tub. We are using our tub now and are very happy with having a hot tub and not having to buy a new one. I know there are other places to buy refurbished hot tubs but Beachcomber is the best for sales and service.

Big shout out to Zach at Vernon Beachcomber Home Leisure! He set us up with an amazing and most importantly affordable hot tub. Unlike most sales people Zach wasn’t pushy. I told him what we were looking for a 4-6 person hot tub, not once did he bring me to the most expensive, fancy thing on the floor. He took the time to tell me what sales were going on and what hot tubs would accommodate our plug n play needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient, he did a fantastic job and I definitely recommend him for your next purchase at Beachcomber Home Leisure!

Had a great experience with first, Oliver at the Kelowna store. He was extremely helpful is assisting us in choosing the right hot tub and chairs for our new house. Delivery went through the Vernon store. The guys were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable in installing and setting up the tub. Had a bit of a snag after a couple of days but the service team in Vernon were excellent. Highly recommend both locations. If I could have given them a 6 out of 5, I would have!!
