I've been a resident here for nearly 20 years and hands down the best hardware store in Beaumont! Honestly it is so great to have this retailer in town. Service is fantastic, and they are always my first stop. If they don't have what I need, I make the unfortunate drive to the city. Nice to see the popcorn machine in operation again. Thankful they are here, and hope they continue for many years to come.

The staff there were incredibly helpful cancelling my online order for a portable AC unit so that I could buy it in store instead. The process was quick and easy and a staff member even got it into my car for me. Amazing customer service and glad I could get AC in this heat wave.

My go-to place for all my hardware and home improvement needs. The store is always well-stocked and organized, and the selection is excellent. The owner, Kenton, is incredibly kind and always goes above and beyond to help customers. It's a pleasure shopping here, and I highly recommend this store to everyone. I never post reviews but I thought this was well deserved.
