We had the best June wedding at Belcroft Estate! From the moment we toured over a year ago, we knew that this property was something special. The staff are so helpful and responsive (especially Rachael and Katie). The bridal suite is gorgeous, and there are so many different locations on the property for amazing photos (including a classic car). All the staff made our vision for our wedding come to life and made sure it was completely stress free for my husband and I. We had rain on our day, and the venue coordinators worked tirelessly to pivot our ceremony location. We would 100% recommend this location to any couples getting married.

Belcroft Estate was the perfect place to say “I do”! From the moment we arrived, we knew it was something truly special. The entire property is breathtaking — from the charming laneway to the picturesque bridge and serene water views, every corner was a dream for photos. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the venue was!

We held our ceremony under the beautiful willow tree, and it couldn’t have been more magical. It created the most romantic and intimate setting to exchange our vows — like something out of a fairytale.

One of the things we loved most is that Belcroft is pet friendly, which meant our dog could be part of our special day! Having her there made everything feel that much more personal and meaningful.

The getting ready spaces were absolutely gorgeous. My girls and I loved relaxing and watching the property come to life from our suite — it was peaceful, elegant, and the perfect start to the day. My husband was thrilled with the man cave — he and the guys had a blast playing pinball and pool before the ceremony.

The barn was nothing short of enchanting. The soft glow from the globe and ladder lights created the most romantic atmosphere for our dinner and parent dances. It felt cozy, magical, and full of love. One of our favourite moments of the entire day was our first dance in the courtyard, under the twinkling globe lights, with our guests watching from the balcony — it was unforgettable.

Belcroft Estate truly brought the wedding of our dreams to life. The beauty, the warmth, the attention to detail — everything was perfect. We couldn’t have imagined a more incredible place to start our forever.

Belcroft is absolutely beautiful! Our wedding looked stunning and we were really pleased with how everything turned out. The vendors they have working with them (The Event Design Co, DJ Mastermix, and caterers) are fantastic as well. Our wedding was in June 2023 and we chose to have our wedding at the Rustic Barn and ceremony at the willow tree - everything was so beautiful! Our guests continually complimented how gorgeous the property is. What we found really nice and unique about it was the space and how the dinner tables for the reception were in a separate area from the dance floor. In addition to this, there was the outdoor terrace which provided guests with even more space if they wanted. Both myself and my husband also had separate areas to get ready in, which is not something that many venues offer. The property is very picturesque and we have such beautiful pictures all around the venue. Thank you Belcroft for such a great wedding!

We had a wonderful experience for my son‘s wedding event. The grounds looked spectacular and on the sunny late summer day it was perfect for a wedding. Inside the venue, we were treated to a downstairs bar, which was very accommodating. We were surprised, however, that on the upper level the dance floor area was physically separated from the dining area which made it a little awkward to be engaged with what was going on in the dining area and tables while trying to enjoy the great DJ. It’s still a very special venue and that would be my only issue as the dancing area was not a direct part of the dining area. The staff were great and very attentive and very personable.

As a pet wedding chaperone (Royal Paws Pet Services) I have had the pleasure of chaperoning multiple pets to Belcroft for weddings and it is always absolutely stunning and breathtaking there. The event staff (I’ve worked with Rachael a lot) are always lovely and so wonderful. The grooms area for getting ready is so fun with a pool table and big TV, and the bridal suites are both lovely. There’s so many great areas around the estate for photos and all the classic cars add an extra touch of elegance for photos. They are also very pet friendly here which is always a bonus in my line of work!

What a beautiful property! Visited this place on a rainy Sunday as part of an open house. There were many features on the well maintained property including a number of ponds connected via streams, a little lighthouse, covered bridge and my favourite was the mini cabin! There were 2 venues on display for event: sophisticated tent area and beautiful barn with a warmer, polished wood feel. Lots of parking and friendly staff to guide you. I believe they offer private tours also if you're looking to rent for your own occasion.

Thank you Belcroft for making our wedding dreams come true! We fell in love with this venue as soon as we toured - the site just had endless picturesque locations. Rachael was our venue coordinator and was great to work with, and always very responsive. My girls and I loved getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite. We also loved our ceremony on the laneway! My husband and I also appreciated how the staff were able to help us pivot on a day where the weather was over 40 degrees. The bar staff especially also made sure everyone was drinking enough water.
