It's great young children ..did have community programs. .until one young member dissapeared ..But falls under ..bylaws that you may get in trouble can be even evicted for things human rights and or aren't criminal .. being board backed ..has its pross and cons but ultimately the laws and town bylaws are above...so to know now that being on the board to you can be held accountable by law civil ,criminal etc and or sued .

That's scary but its for the people by the people a co-op and York regional housings difference s..YorkRegional housing has no board
