Beautiful little park tucked away along the water just a couple minutes from the Spirit Trail. Amazing views of the downtown skyline behind the Yacht Club, Lower Lonsdale off in the distance, and the perfect mountain backdrop behind you. Grab a treat at Lift Bakery and head down to relax on one of the red chairs/benches. Especially beautiful in the evening when the sun is setting.

`One of the highlights of Bewicke Park is its small but enchanting botanical garden. The collection of flowers and plants, though not extensive, is well-curated, offering a burst of colors in spring and summer. The benches scattered throughout the park provide comfortable spots to sit and admire the floral display or simply enjoy the serene ambiance. However, the park does have its limitations. The absence of a café or snack bar means visitors need to come prepared, especially if planning to spend a considerable amount of time. Also, during weekends, the park can get quite crowded, slightly diminishing its tranquil appeal.

Nice spot but people can’t take care of it. Drinkers and smokers leave all their rubbish on the little pier shelter even though you physically cannot leave the place without walking past a bin

Chiba gardens usually full of syringes and pieces of foil, this Canada day there was a guy digging up and throwing mud all around the inside of the garden…

Also cyclists weaving in-and-out of pedestrians when the sea wall is a no cycle area (huge cycle lane provided to the rear of the park) makes this a bit of a unsocial area

Pleasant little park nestled by the marina. It's biggest flaw are the red chairs they've installed in lieu of benches; the chairs hold less people and are generally more awkward than benches. Apart from that the park is well-kept and the view is amazing.

Five out of five for the tiny park hidden at the end of the spirit trail. Mostly because cute red chairs. Path to this park is ranked incredibly lower, but I'm here to rate the postage stamp of grass known as Bewicke Park.
