Erica Fast is amazing, and knows her stuff..
She got me into a beautiful factory order 3500 Dually,,, and now the service department is spot on with maintaining it.
Its been some time now, and i still have nothing but positive remarks to say about Bill Howich Chrysler, im greeted like family every time i walk thro the door.. no issues with my truck, regular services are carried out excellently at the service department... Erica Fast, continues to be Absolutely Amazing, as an ambassador to the company, and a sales Representative, never preasured, just greated, and welcomed, with soo much knowledge of not only the inventory, but almost every feature of every unit..so impressive... definitely my first choice for vehicles...

We had a great experience purchasing our "new to us" vehicle this week. Mike was very helpful in gathering all the information we requested about the vehicle, he even made a great video of the inside/outside for us to get a better look before driving up from Courtenay. Far and away the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer! I met with several representatives during my purchase process and every one had the same cheerful and helpful attitude. My Tucson XRT was waiting for me in the showroom and literally sold itself, the representatives did everything needed to make sure I went home happy. This now will become the standard against which I will measure any future car buying experience.

Great service from the women and men at service department counter. Knowledgeable and prompt in understanding the problem with my Dodge Ram key fob. Took the time to try simple fixes first for no charge and then the were prompt and efficient in programming new keys.

I originally posted a 1 star review after receiving very poor customer service at this dealership. No one would follow up like they said they would and I had to phone back 4 times to finally get my vehicle fixed.

Bill Howich reached out following my 1 star review and held true to their word to try and make things right. I can't give a 5 star review based on the poor service I first experienced, but I do appreciate the efforts to make amends, so I have changed the review to 4 stars.

Great service! I was quoted $150 more for a key for my truck at Comox Valley Dodge.. called Bill Howich and they were able to do way better on price, and even get me in first thing the next morning! The staff was great and their service manager is awesome! I’ll gladly make the drive to Campbell River anytime I need my truck worked on.
