This building is full of racist individuals who will harass or even physically assault you if you're Black and you enter the building without buzzing or simply for visiting your loved ones. They target not only visitors but also residents who aren’t white. They constantly question where you're going, who you're visiting, and even accuse you of "illegally" entering the building. I don’t understand what’s so great about this place because even if you’re parked outside, just waiting for your loved one to come down, they will still harass you. It’s a toxic environment and a shameful experience. I’ve been coming to this building for over 20 years, and unfortunately, it’s always been the same. Black people are consistently harassed, and when complaints are made, the previous manager was extremely nonchalant about it. It’s clear she didn’t care. This ongoing issue is frustrating, and it’s disheartening to see that nothing is being done to address it.
