Joyce and Joan were so amazing and helpful. They came through with 20 - yes 20 trees for us and managed to have them delivered just in time to have them planted and take advantage of the growing season!

Four stars for the welcoming staff who are very knowledgeable about the plants and products. I do find some things a little expensive. The fertilizer that I purchase seems to be helping my plants in Ontario

Beautiful greenhouses with many plants and flowers to fill your home.
Staff was helpful and super friendly.
Great selection of gifts. The Christmas trees were decorated so nicely.
We met the friendly cats that lived at the greenhouse. They let us pet them and walked away when we were done. Would definitely come back to visit.

Nice, unique selection of plants, many of which aren't the usual greenhouse nursery fare. They do have some garden essentials - at least when I went there, but I think these folks are less about the same-old-petunias (which I love, don't get me wrong, but they're common), and more about the unexpected things. They also seem quite knowledgeable, and are more than happy to help. We'll definitely shop there again.

Customer service was horrible. Went there today with my new family to Medicine Hat as I had raved about this place to them (was great last year). Took my brother, mom and father-in-law. People working in the store were disinterested in responding to inquiries and then never even came back with an answer. I’m a lazy gardener and found an already potted plant that read $64.99 on the pot but was told that was wrong and had to pay $69.99 as that was the current pricing - or don’t buy it was the essential answer. Paid an additional $135 for another already potted plant and was asking about shade/sun resistance - never received a response and am currently watching it die before my eyes day one. Was embarrassed to take my newly transplanted family here as I had bragged it up before going. Will NEVER visit this greenhouse again. Only gave a 1 star because I had no other option - super disgusted
