I've had the pleasure of experiencing superior service and spectacular flowers from Blooms Flowers and Gifts in Lethbridge since 2017 and will continue to do so for birthdays, Valentine's, Mother's Day. The staff are second to none, always friendly, helpful, professional and make me feel like a valued customer! Every bouquet has been amazing and lasts much longer than expected! This is my first review of them, but I should have done this years ago. A very satisfied customer here!

We received a delivery from out of town family and we were very pleased with the service Blooms provided. I received a phone call the day prior to inform us of the delivery and the gift was delivered as promised. This poinsettia is gorgeous and the largest plant I have ever seen. Thank you !!!

I had a great experience with Blooms Flowers and gifts. I ordered flowers online to be delivered to our son and his girlfriend (we live out of province) and had really great customer service. They could not get a hold of my son so they called me to let me know. They ended up personally delivering the flowers so they could get them quicker. I really appreciate the great communication and them going the extra mile to get the flowers delivered. The flowers were fresh and beautiful! Highly recommend!

I phoned the shop to give them an opportunity to repair client satisfaction, before posting, but they were uninterested. Same bouquet duplicated by two different friends…’bird of paradise in both died in 4 days. The oasis is too high, big problem!

Phoned on Monday for a Valetines Day bouquet. Dealt with Colin it was so simple and easy from start to finish. Quick call to make the order, pay and have it delivered. The end result was a beautiful bouquet delivered that made my lady smile and feel special. Comments I got back was "Oh my goodness baby this is the nicest bouquet ever." Service done right and I am always glad to support local. Every business should follow the customer service level of this one.
