My husband and I have stopped at Bluegrass 3 times in the past 2 weeks. We had a great experience with all the staff, but "Wanda" was exceptional!! I can't say enough great things about her. She was SO helpful, SO friendly, and VERY knowledgeable! She helped us pick the perfect trees and shrubs for our yard! If you stop at blue grass....ask for Wanda!!!!! Thanks a ton, we will definitely be returning for future needs! 😁

Great selection, and the store is beautiful, but both my expensive plants have come with the added bonus of mealey bugs. The plants are dying due to how many times I’ve had to treat them, and Blue Grass told me when I bought them there’s no return policy.
Just a heads up, inspect the houseplants here thoroughly.

UPDATE-
Called the greenhouse like owner suggested, they just recommended lots of things I’ve already tried. Won’t let me exchange because they have a strict policy about tropical plants.
Owner might want to consider taking some notes from other garden centres that have a better return policy for plants, especially given what you charge people for them.
I won’t be back. Buyer beware

Great place with amazing variation of plants and decor. I was surprised how big is this place, and how beautiful is Christmas decorations there! I was lucky to see Christmas market there, so my experience was pretty good! Great variation of plants, Christmas decor and Christmas trees!

I bought a yard of loam to put on top of my lawn to give it a boost, but found it full of gravel when I watered it in. I phoned Blue Grass about it & Doreen (owner), came herself. She raked off as much of the dirt/rocks as she could, then replaced it with a much richer blend of top soil, then spread grass seed in it, racked it again....just as she would have done if it were her own lawn. It is going to look great in the spring. 🙂 This is excellent customer service and standing behind their product. A great part of our community!

We just happened to be driving that way. My husband is looking for a maple tree and found a beautiful selection. The prices are very reasonable for the maturity and quality.
I was able to buy a couple of plants to bring home. Prices are VERY good!!! Like I said, we were traveling and couldn't buy much but we WILL be back!

I am very disappointed in your customer service. On Tuesday afternoon I was travelling along the highway when one of your trucks (unit 7821) was littering gravel like crazy to the point I have 4 new rock chips and a lovely crack in my windshield. I called right away to let them know what had just happened and was told they would pass the message to the “big guy” and that he would definitely call me back and they would look into the matter. When I called again this morning (Thursday) as I had not heard from anyone, I got major attitude from the lady who answered and said “he’s been busy”. Then a couple hours later (10:30am) my husband went to see if he could talk in person and show them the damage and was told the owner was “in a meeting and he will get back to us after the meeting”. One of the managers at the till said if we hadn’t heard from him in an hour to call in. Then in the afternoon (2:30pm) we had still not heard anything and so my husband called again to which he got complete attitude again. I’m really disappointed as this is the only place I have gone for over a decade for my plants and flowers every year and I just don’t know if I can support them any more. Poor customer service!

Edit; the owner Bruce it terrible to deal with. Will not accept responsibility for the damage to my vehicle!! Took 3 days to get any type of response!! He should really learn what it means to have an insecure load!

The compost is mushroom approved i guess. Dehumidifier in room. and cinnamon added on top of soil. And these little guys be popping up everywhere still. They say they dont use mushroom compost but makes me wonder if they mixed some in. If your looking for compost this might not be your shop spot

Way over priced. Horrible customer service. Horrible owner. Has no idea how to run a business, let alone how to treat people/customers. Take my advice and shop elsewhere... trust me!!!!
