The 3 bedroom units at Blue Heron offer incredible value (if you can manage to secure one). Units are well-maintained and kept up to date, layouts are nice, it's easily accessible from the 417, and the common areas in the back are tucked away along the trees and a nice little stream, somewhat downhill from March Rd so you don't feel exposed. There are also numerous community garden plots available.

They treat people with disabilities terribly and will do absolutely everything possible not to accommodate including breaking the law. Nothing for kids to do and no real space for them to play. Coordinator has anger issues, treats people badly and speaks horribly to people. No sense of community. Would recommend anyone to move here.

Real simple....I confronted Towe and Carina about their errogance of letting their dog run with a 24 foot leed off their property.....they were in the charge zone....they being members of the board have shown that being on the board seems to give both of them the right to dis regard all rules of the co-op...I would like them charged with breach of protocols

The co op is filled with drama, the only place for kids to play is a concrete parking lot. Its almost impossible to get help with anything.
