Very responsive, helpful and friendly. Always willing to respond quickly and the guys are so good at explaining the problem an d dealing with it quickly! Its not a pretty job but they always do it with a smile and understanding. Highly recommend.

If I could base my review on the guys that finally showed up, I’d give them 5 stars. Sadly, I can’t. 9am-12am was my expected service time. By 12:30 I had to call to ask where the heck they were. I was told that they’d get back to me. Finally, at 3pm I was called to say they’d be there soon. I get that this is the Sunshine Coast and all, but I’m not some retiree with nothing better to do. My time is valuable. Being in the same league as cable companies is not exactly something to aspire to. A simple phone call would’ve made this review much better.

I had an urgent situation with my septic pump this morning and Tao got there very promptly and dealt with the matter very professionally. He coordinated the next steps for me (electrician consult) without me having to figure out what I had to do next. Communication with him was quick, friendly and professional. I wish all companies worked like this.

Grant Simmons, further to your review below, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with the work completed, however as per your request, we did use camera equipment and technician to locate your septic field, exposed the distribution box and flushed it conclusion was that your field will need to be replaced. We do our best to keep our clients aware of costs as work progresses.

These people are AMAZING! Woke up Saturday morning to find our toilet and bathtub were clogged - Bonniebrook and their technician Sarifa answered our inquiry super fast. Sarifa was able to empty our septic tank and identify the problem with our toilet in no time! She was super professional and efficient. Absolutely 5 stars.
