I would not recommend his service. I have hired him to turn on the sprinkler for the Spring. And he did not check on the setting of the timing for the sprinkler. Literally my grass has died. No one has touched the system after he left. I have asked him to fix the issues because of his ignorance. He wants to charge again.. I feel he is not service oriented. And doesn’t take the responsibility of his mistakes instead just blaming us that we have changed the settings which we don’t know how to do it.

Just a shout out to Ed. Small business owner, Bonoflo Irrigation, he follows the rules and looks after his customers. I had a service issue with my irrigation system. Ed showed up and provided support and guidance on what I had to do with a plumbing pressure issue. I got it fixed and it essentially took care of the problem I was having. I chose to have a wireless cell phone controlled system installed with new nozzles and some sprinkler head replacements put in to save water and to ensure maximum irrigation coverage. This was done on a cold call and immediate response with committed follow up occurred. I would recommend Ed to anyone wanting an irrigation system, irrigation maintenance, opening and closing systems.

I’ve just been put on his list for opening and closing.

Reasonable cost, personable customer service and patience to show you how things work.

Sad how things turned out in the end. I called Ed over before doing my driveway to ask how the contractors should handle the sprinkler system. He told me to “let them destroy what they need to and I will replace the heads etc for a few hundred dollars”. After the landscape was complete, it was extremely hard getting a hold of him to make an appointment. After making numerous appointments in which he did not show up to, I started to get worried as a new company wouldn’t know my system as he did. He would answer sometimes weeks later saying he either got hung up on another job or that his back hurt. I kept asking to speak with him on the phone and he refused and just texted me that it will cost $3000 to completely redo my front yard. Communication and professionalism was very poor at the end of our relationship as he said I “played stupid” when the contractors paved over the sprinkler system, yet I called him prior and asked him what should be done. I never once asked for a discount or anything for free. Very disappointed Ed.

Ed is an honest, hands-on business owner. He does great work at a fair price. He’s far better than the two other two larger companies we have used in the past, who failed to properly winterize our systems. Ed knows his stuff and we have not experienced any problems with winterization since we hired him four years ago. Each year, Ed does a great job updating and adjusting our systems, so we do not waste water. I’d highly recommend his services.

VERY happy with this service! The technician, Ed, came to my home within 24 hours, and had all repairs completed within 48 hours. He arrived on time for each visit, was friendly & respectful, and his workmanship was excellent.
