From start to finish, dealing with Trina was wonderful. It’s easy to see she puts her heart and soul into her shepherds. Once the litter we were selecting from was old enough to go and see we showed up almost every week until we were ready to take our girl home. Trina was patient with all of my puppy questions, and offering me great advice. Sadie is growing into a beautiful and amazing shepherd. We remain in contact with Trina so she can follow along with Sadie’s growth. We will definitely be repeat buyers from this Breeder

If you are looking for a German Shepherd, Boom Lake is the place to get one! Trina takes such good care of them as puppies, they aren’t kept in kennels, they truly get to be free and run around in a dedicated area of her home and outside. We have two Shepherds from her, our oldest is 11 years old and still doing well! He has been an angel, very well tempered, easy to train and beautiful! Our other one is just over 1 years old and again very well tempered, well-behaved, and beautiful! We get so many compliments on both of them because of how beautiful they look and because of their amazing temperament. Our vet sees many Shepherds and she said they are the best to work on because they are so well behaved, not aggressive at all.
We will always get our Shepherds from Boom Lake. Thank you Trina for giving us such amazing dogs to add to our family!

We picked up our little black beauty last week, we named him Captain. Trina was nothing but helpful and wonderful. The pups were all healthy and the place was clean and welcoming. He is a little piece of heaven, awesome smart little dog we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend her dogs, smart and beautiful.

We have a 3 yr old shepherd Phoebe from Boom Lake Shepherds as a pup and she is everything we wanted. Beautiful, smart and with the best disposition ever. I purchased a puppy from Boomlake’s German Shepherds in 2021. My puppy Miller was the best addition to my family. His temperament is like none other, great with kids and other dogs. Trina is an exceptional breeder, she is always available to answer questions, whether it’s when you first get the dog or 5 years later. My GSD from Boom Lakes was a great dog to have around. Unfortunately she passed this past fall but Trina reached out to me afterwards. She truly cares about her dogs and how they are doing. I will always forever miss my Boom Lake GSD ❤️

Excellent experience. Trina handled everything from our initial telephone questions through keeping us updated throughout the pregnancy, whelping, and then early weeks. She provided pictures, videos, and commentary. We live in Barrie and the pandemic was still raging, so there was no opportunity to visit and select a puppy. She offered to meet us half way to lessen the drive, but we opted to meet her at her vet's office. The CKC paperwork and early vet info with needles and chipping were done. When we had a question, Trina had already done it. (not her first rodeo!) Our puppy was amazing from the beginning; calm, smart, gentle & intuitive. He was potty-trained within his first week in our home. Trina obviously does a lot of work with her puppies ensuring that they are off to the very best start. He will be 8 months old tomorrow and maturing into a beautiful boy. We are working on his CKC Good Neighbour designation as well as Confirmation classes and his intelligence is well demonstrated here. We love him and thank Boom Lake's German Shepherd for their expertise in breeding.
