Customer service is fabulous. Good variety of higher end dog food. Usually able to find some deals too.
Cool self serve dogwashing station at the back of the store too.
My main 'Go To' for pet food and supplies.

The clerk was amazing. I was leaving because they didn't have what I went in for and she suggested something similar so I bought it and my cat loves it. Such great service!

The clerk with black and pink hair te he he'd then offered me a towel because of how wet I was at the dog wash along with my partner who stood up at the front talking about dog food when he should've been helping out. Te he he, thanks for that. If you're going to work in customer service, try being empathetic instead of obnoxious.

Had an amazing experience here, I was not having a good day at all. I just popped in because I was shopping next door at Walmart and the girls there were so lovely. Offered me carryout and tons of information about different foods. I had been paying a ridiculous amount for Royal Canin food that was all fillers, and they offered many different brands. I ended up going with their house brand that was cheaper than my previous food and much better quality. These girls have given some of the best customer service I have ever had in Penticton! 10/10 Will never shop at another pet store ever.

Best place in town to get Pet Supplies. Staff are always nice. Place is always clean, organized, and stocked up on high quality items. It trumps the alternatives in the area - worth driving a little further depending on where you're coming from.
