I recently bought a Rational combi oven from Brama Inc. for a business I help source equipment for, and had a really positive experience. The showroom is impressive, and it was great to see everything in person before making a decision.

Paul, the president, actually helped me out directly which was really nice. He knew his stuff and made the whole process easy.

All around solid experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for commercial kitchen equipment.

As my first time buying from Brama the experience was fantastic. I bought an industrial freezer for a residential home. Great purchase. I worked with Sandra and she was great, answered all my questions....quickly, gave me the pros and cons, and followed-up after delivery. I'm always amazed how this step is rarely done. I was initially looking at a US manufactured freezer but quickly shut the door on that one and needed an alternative. Sandra acted as a great consultant; providing alternative solutions and I couldn't be happier. Other country you should thank Sandra. She also worked with me to negotiate a fair price. Good sense of humor too. I would have no issues buying from Brama again. Freezer was delivered on time and looks/works great. Make your own decisions on who you buy from but this was my experience with Brama. All the best.

Sandra and her team gave me the help I needed when the vendors in my town wouldn’t even respond. This location and the staff went out of their way to ensure I got what I wanted. They helped us load our purchase and helped to make sure it was safe for the journey home. I will be taking the time to go back as I know this team will help me. Thanks again to Sandra and her team.

I placed an order approximately 90 days ago. Made multiple calls to followup and inquire on the status which were never returned. I finally went back to the store in person to find out that the item was apparently on "back order". Given that this item is from Lodge, and available at numerous other retailers (at a significantly lower price) that seems odd. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, and considering for much time had passed, I cancelled the order as my needs were not met. Brama is now refusing to provide a refund for a product I paid for in full, and they never delivered. It is unfortunate that this store's customer service is so poor, as their showroom is very impressive, and their staff are quite knowledgeable. *** Update, after further pushing the issue, the owner of the store agreed to provide a full refund. While I appreciate that they eventually responded appropriately. Overall, my experience can be summarized as follows: A very impressive store with knowledge staff. The customer service for items ordered was lacking, and needed more attention. Perhaps I was a case of "falling through the cracks: however, as I patron I will not return in principle.

Over the holidays I called this company to source some professional kitchen supplies for a gift. I was in touch with Marie who went above and beyond to assist me in finding and purchasing the product. I would give her a 5 star review. Marie offered me the option of paying by Credit Card over the phone/via email, so I wouldn't have to travel from downtown Toronto to Vaughn. I sent a picture of my CC and Drivers License to process the payment. The next day I get an email from Sabrina advising that after she reviewed my documents they would be unable to process the payment, because it may be "fraudulent". What so you offer this service to the public, however after seeing a minority photo on a drivers license, it may be Fraud? I couldn't believe this was happening to me in Canada in 2018.
I called and spoke with Sabrina to try and rectify the situation, but she wouldn't help me. I felt as though she was discriminating against me. After all that I had to make 2 trips from Toronto to vaughn - 1 to pay, 1 to pickup (they wouldn't offer delivery) How can such a large company decide to offer a service to 1 customer and not another? I would never shop here again!

very unhappy and disappointed with the customer service. will not be using this supplier in the future. Sent wrong product and refused to accept return.
after agreeing to pay re-stocking fee, I was told i need to place another order before they can return the wrong product. Makes no sense at all.
emails regarding concern went unreplied,
