She was offering free samples and Brandi says “please keep trying just keep your cup” we put hot sauce in the cup as it was on the sample table, Brandi proceeds to be incredibly rude and roll her eyes as “that one wasn’t a sample bottle”. Proceeds to avoid the contact and shake her head. Costumer service / amount of respect is horrible.

We stopped by Brandi's Salsa booth at the Calgary Stampede and got to try samples of her salsas and homemade chips! They were absolutely amazing and the mango was so refreshing! Brandi and Sarah were dealing with so many people , it was crazy! I don't know how they were still so happy! We'll keep buying your chips and salsa...thank you Brandi

This lady is always so busy when I see her booth at markets. I waited my turn in line to be sure I got to taste what others were raving about. When I got my first sample I immediately fell in love! You could tell it was homemade and literally the best salsa I've ever tasted. And those homemade chips were the perfect compliment. Wow, I highly recommend.

When I was approaching Brandi's booth they were very polite and enthusiastic about what they were selling. She had talked with me about what ingredients are in the salsa due to my allergy, then had given me a sample. I let with 3 jars, it was so good!!

note that the stand has a MASSIVE "FREE SAMPLES" sign so we decided to give some a try to decide what kind we wanted. brandi ASKED if we would like a sample and we agreed asking to try the ghost pepper one she looked us in the face
decided to be very rude about giving a sample and asked if we were "trying or buying" because apparently you cant sample without buying a $36 jar of salsa you might not even like. when we told her we were going to purchase but wouldnt be any longer because that defeats the purpose of a free samples sign she became very rude and told us to leave her booth

the other lady giving samples however was a sweetheart and would give as many as you desired. you guys lost a customer simply based on your attitude.

i wouldnt waste your money here as you can get much better product at any farmers market for much cheaper without the rude staff

When driving a giant billboard you should make sure your driving habits are better. Driving while texting, unaware of vehicles around you, driving in 2 lanes and cut me off. Be better.

Saw this stand at the Calgary Stampede, I had family with me from England attending their first Stampede who wanted to purchase gifts. We waited for a sample and she was just incredibly rude to the point we just walked away. You are your product too, treat people with respect and act like you want their custom.
