We adopted a cat from them and the staff was amazing from start to finish. You could tell they genuinely cared for all there animals. My daughters and my self had a very positive experience. Can’t say enough if you want a pet go see them and save a life

These people are beautiful! They all genuinely care so deeply for all animals! They helped me with my daughters dog for 2 weeks. He came out relaxed, well groomed, and very clearly loved!! Thank you, ladies!!

Abysmal service, called to report 2 dogs running away at large going from house to house. Last thing I want is for the dogs to get hurt! You call says they don’t do that you need to call bylaw, it’s a Sunday there’s no bylaw that would respond to that call. Far and away the worst animal services out of any city, city of brantford needs to look at giving the contract to a better ran organization, Or flat out do better!

I need their help desperately and they don't even answer the phone. There is a orange kitty out there who is struggling to go to the bathroom and I can't catch him. I wanted them to set up a trap in back of my yard because he always shows up there. I want to help him and then adopt him, but I can't catch him and it's tearing my heart out.
