We’re very fortunate to have two dogs from Breukhaven - second cousins! - and both are very strong, physically fit, and healthy. They’re both very loyal, affectionate, and smart. Breukhaven is terrific to work with. Communication is frequent and transparent from start to finish. And here’s a great third-party reference: our vet said the deworming protocol was the best she’d ever seen - thorough and complete. We wholeheartedly recommend Breukhaven as a breeder of beautiful and healthy labs.

I recently brought home an 8-week-old puppy from Breukhaven Labradors and my experience could not have been any better!

After a lot of research and communication with several breeders, we decided to go with Breukhaven to get our new puppy, Gracie. From the beginning of the process our experience has been amazing. Lyndsay patiently answered all of our questions about her dogs and the litter we were choosing from and made Gotcha Day a great experience for our whole family, kids included. Gracie has been a phenomenal puppy. She basically came potty trained and we had her crate trained by the first afternoon. She is so smart and her temperament is the perfect combination of confidence, fun, drive to learn and ability to settle down. Our dog walker said she is even considering looking into a Breukhaven pup to become a service dog for her daughter. Thank you Lyndsay for raising such beautiful labs!

Our boy, Ludo, we got from Brenda, just turned three last month (bit of a late review, indeed). Everything from the initial contact with Brenda right through to pick up day (which had to get pushed back a few days as we had Covid on our day of pick up) was smooth as could be, even as first time dog owners. The drive home was a little over two hours and Ludo was totally content the whole way home. Training was enjoyable as he was always eager to learn despite his mischievous nature and now at three, he is such a well behaved dog. He’s friendly with everyone he meets and he LOVES other dogs (and he can’t go anywhere without being told how handsome he is, haha). Thank you, Brenda and Breukhaven for such an awesome part of our family. Ludo says hi!!

Fathers, beware! I adopted my second child, Bobo, from Breukhaven—the biggest mistake of my life. Had I known he’d be so irresistibly cute and cuddly that I’d be permanently exiled from my own couch so my wife could snuggle both children (our daughter and His Royal Fluffiness), I would have left him right where I found him.

The only thing we have in common? Frisbee and walks. This is my life now🤦🏽‍♂️
