This is a good store to shop at. It doesn't carry everything you need but it does very well with the products it does carry. The people are friendly and the price are good.

The jewel of the coop is Krista! We didn’t start on a good foot though! As the new to the county we would arrive at 5:29 of course and not knowing about Krista’s child care arrangements we saw her ready to explode but so politely kept a smile on the face and then you won’t believe it! We got a U-Haul to small for the cow panels to house our future goats. Everyone wanting to go home came to help and wasn’t even annoyed! I would be furious though if it was me with ADHD and a few other disabilities making sure I don’t have a second of patience and then regretted it afterwards. I had to apologise with flowers but thought a pot plant will suit better but then I thought …. Will she think the new gays in village buy substandard gifts to
Apologise ? After rethinking this action over and over, I decided I’ll be a better customer. Telling Krista I want some layer chickens she promised to call me if she k ew of any. Guuurrrll as true as God she called the day I migrated my phone number from crappy eastlink to telus. I got a call and she said I have 13 layers ready to picked up before we close….. the feeling you get when you need to no2 immediately hit me as I was in Liverpool and she went to so much effort to allow me to buy them. In the middle of the call to pay for them the f*****ing transfer happened and I was supposed to collect later. Dear Lord I messed up again! At least I was allowed back in the door to buy things with my husband as protection. I am so sorry for being a pain in the ass whilst I was supposed to leave a good impression as Lunenburgs one and only snail farmer.

This the place to go when you need feed for the birds and all the other critters that come. Great Supply of backyard feeders, and toys for cats and dogs and so much more. Especially like it when the sunflower seeds are on sale. Lol

Great staff. Good selection. Parking lot is small and pick up area is sometimes difficult to drive in (back in); so I shop mid day after lunch week days and have found that usually less busy then early mornings.

I would give it 5 stars BUT everytime I come here there is one particular employee that is so unfriendly that I try to avoid ... sadly last time although I tried to avoid this employee I was served by and still same unfriendly service. All other employees I have worked with are very helpful and FRIENDLY.
Again today I visited this place and the ladies af the Front desk are NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY. I am starting to hate coming to this place. The staff working at the warehouse who help load the trucks/cars are great and friendly!! What is wrong with these women? Do they hate their jobs? Maybe should get retrained for better customer service. And maybe train them to smile also!!!
