This store has been here as long as it has because it's absolutely incredible. The dog wash is so easy to use and the store is amazing. Prices are fair and competitive. I love this place.

The employees are adorable and definitely up for a scratch behind the ears anytime between naps, the staff are awesome as well and super available to help you find anything you might need. They're a local store which is great for shopping Canadian and not paying a premium to ship items you'd of otherwise had to get from the US. 10/10 store I love browsing and dreaming of all the things my cat doesn't need and my future dog will have ♥️

Went yesterday. Got some freeze dried venison. It's hard to find sometimes. The expiry date was November 5, 2023. We asked for a discount because it was expiring in less than 1 month. They only gave a 10 percent discount. Was hoping it would have been a bit more than that.

Nice 15% off dog kibble and a huge can of boreal dog food free to celebrate Canada Day dog loved it we’re getting more. Coastal grill dog kibble Canadian made is better than the expensive brands and cheaper than grocery store brands. Staff are so friendly and pets are welcome too

Absolute best customer service ever! I live 4500 km away. They had a dog jacket my friend wanted for her dog that was sold out everywhere in the right size. Communication was precise, quick and friendly. Shipping was almost instant. In a time when businesses are delayed in shipping to BC due to flooding, Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails makes it happen, Air Mail. My order arrived the next day! Free shipping too! So many dog treats that are made in Canada and label exact ingredients. I highly recommend Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails!!

Great customer service, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help. Recently I went in for a new collar for my dog and they had a wide variety and several that for my needs.
The dog bed I picked up as well is excellent. The lady helping recommended it based on her dog using the same one. She offered lots of tips about keeping the bed clean for long use.
Prices are reasonable, they also offer a rewards program if you purchase your animals food there.

A long standing local independent business well known through out the valley and beyond for their excellent customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work, whether you have any concerns that are dietary related or adding a new fur baby to your home and need help picking out all the supplies required . The new owners are fantastic and welcoming as well. I was very excited to see they opened a new second location in Pembroke , great for those customers who had a longer distance to shop now have their favourite store closer. Always a hello and smile when you enter the store makes for a very personal shopping experience.
