WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!

I recently hired Brothers Limo (June 2019) for transportation for my wedding. I have to say that my experience was one of the worst I have ever had! I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were more hassle than I ever bargained for.

When initially booking the service, I had to repeatedly ask them to confirm my reservation, and it took several days before my confirmation was emailed. This is just a small prequel to the worst aspect of my wedding...

On the day, I was called by the driver 21 minutes after our initial pickup time. I do not know if he had arrived earlier or not, though the company insists that they did. Our late departure was also related to the fact that the driver was extremely slow processing payment. It seemed like he did not know how to operate the payment machine. I can't blame him, since I cannot recall the last time I used a manual credit card imprint. If you use this service, you may want to brush up on the use of this machine, since the drivers have not been trained.

Our late arrival was made worse by the fact that the driver got lost on the way! It was only when I mentioned that he was not going the right way that he pulled a u-turn and got back on the highway. The pickup and drop-off points were known weeks in advance, and there is absolutely no reason why this should have occurred.

In between dropping off the groomsmen and picking up the bride, the limo was called away to another job. A new driver arrived much later to pick up the bridal party, and this was not communicated to us at any point... the driver just left! When taking the bridal party to the venue, the driver several detours off of the intended route. The limo arrived from the opposite direction from where it should have come from, making the bride very late.

To make it worse, I received a "waiting charge" invoice for more than $100 the day after my wedding. I phoned the company and they refused to make any adjustment, insisting that it is my fault that they were late, with no consideration for the driver change, getting lost, or the detours.

I would also add that the quality of the limo was disappointing. The radio did not work, and the privacy screen was inoperable. This was not the quality of vehicle I was expecting, nor what was advertised on the website.

I will never again use Brothers Limousine, and I hope you don't either!

Hired for wedding pick up and drop off. They came 15mins late for initial pick up due to Toronto traffic and came on time for the rest. Driver was accommodating with music, A/C, and opening of the doors. Just wished the paint job of the limo was better. It looked a bit shabby outside for a wedding. All in all it was still a great experience.

Terrible Service!

The Communication/Customer service I received was appalling. I sent countless emails regarding directions to our two locations on the day of the wedding. I even called to confirm that my directions were understood & received attitude from whoever was on the other end of the phone. I had reservations about this company but really didn't have the time to research another company & put another deposit down.

Not only was the limo driver late on my Wedding day but he was rude. He argued with my husband that he was "on time" (30 minutes behind schedule actually...) & then forgot to get the payment at the first location (as specified in the contract). By the time he showed up to my location (he got lost AGAIN ... despite the directions I had sent weeks prior), he demanded I pay him. This was another set back & a waste of time. After he received payment, he went back into the limo & watched as we loaded our bags into the car. Finally, my mom asked him to get out & help.... so he took one bag & got back into the limo!

The kicker was that our driver was the owner! I can understand a disgruntled or lazy employee acting like this ... but the owner? This was something I couldn't forgive.

I would never recommend this company. They added nothing but stress to the best day of my life!

I got married in August 2015 and hired Brothers limo to transport the wedding party to the wedding ceremony. However after picking up my bridesmaids at my house, the limo driver forgot to come back for me (the bride) and my father and went to another wedding.. leaving me to drive in my father's work van to my wedding ceremony that I was late for. Yes the limo company offered to come and pick me up as they had a driver 15-20 minutes away...but seeing as I was already late for my wedding and I was 10 minutes away, you can see why I refused. Long story short, after many discussions with the owner after my wedding to discuss the mishap, I was not pleased with the compensation I received for being late to my own wedding so therefore will NEVER refer this company to anyone.

Got the limo for my father's party. The driver was very nice and on time.
Original deal was for a decent price for a limo to pick up a group of 12 adults , drop off at a restaurant and pick up the same group at the end of the night. Apparently 'the end of the night' was set up at 11pm, even though we were asking for at least a midnight. Also plans changed a bit as it happens and instead of 12 adults we had 10 adults and 3 kids... as u can imagine there was plenty of space either way. We asked to be picked up around 1am instead and were charged additional $200.
All I'm saying is: limo was nice, driver was helpful but seeing how most people don't use limo services often enough the paperwork should be done covering all the up-charges! We never received the contract anyways, just the confirmation of booking. So if u r shopping for a good price, the quote we got plus extra $200 turns out more expensive then other places...
So 5 stars for the vehicle and the driver and 1 star for how things got more expensive when it was too late to change anything!

Avoid this limosuine service for prom. Prices that were set were changed last minute. Interior of limo only plays the radio which barely got a signal and all we heard was static the entire way. No air conditioning. Partition did not work. While taking pictures in front of the limo the driver decided to move the limo knocking all of us over. Driver was a chill guy i guess but other then that. Shady Service, difficult to plan. And very dissapointed. Looking for a refund.

Just spoke with this company to get wedding quotes and the man on the other line was very rude. After giving me the quotes (which were significantly more than other companies) he abruptly hung up on me. I would not use this service based on this conversation alone as this attitude would be the last thing I would want to deal with on my wedding day.

Nothing. Actually my wife wrote a review and i was just reading it. So the owner says he doesnt drive the limo. But in fact he does!. Just so happens that when he finally came to pick me and my groomsmen up after being a half an hour late. He turned out to be a guy my best man plays badminton with in milton. "The owner of brothers limosine services". Your a liar! Also being from milton youd think the owner would no were hes going. We gave him a map of directions to a home in milton where my bride was getting ready. We got a blank email response to the map. Any case, after dropping me and my groomsmen off. The owner, the one driving the limo proceeded back to the town of milton were the company works out of. With our directions in hand... and still got lost posponing our ceremony even further. The proplem i have with liars is that even when caught in a lie they will go above and beyond and lie some more hoping to barry there troubles instead of admitting there wrong. So youve read my review. And im calling you out. Give me that 25% discount you overed my wife in your response to her review... the one you clearly lied in. Also change your attitude, you may find youll recieve better reviews. Thanks
