Great store that carries all kinds of fun trinkets as well as your usual feed. We always find something cute that we want when we're there. I also went to a bee seminar once that was hosted at the store and was really pleased with all of the info and the presentation.

The customer service is 👌. I wanted to find a great dog toy and appreciated the help in choosing the right sized dog treats to suit the selection. Our dog loves it. I've attached a couple photos 🐕

Genuine farm store with huge pet section. I buy dog food and veggie starts here. Lots of garden products here that you won't find at the big box stores.

My family and I participated in Buckerfield's West Kelowna location's annual Santa photos which helps raise donations for a local family accessing the Food Bank. We were delighted to be able to bring our senior dog and baby for the photo. The staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and worked well as a team to stage the perfect photograph of our family. We received our photos (yes, multiple!) within a week which gave us options for making our family Christmas card.

After the photos, we browsed the store and found a large selection of not only pet food and toys but a great variety of items for home, clothing and garden. Staff asked if they could assist us with our shopping.

Shopping at this location made us feel welcomed and "part of the family". Lovely community feel, good vibes all around!

Thanks Buckerfield's staff for the excellent experience! Will definitely be back very soon!
