Fish dressing/processing was perfect!! Bull and Sons filleted and vacuum packed our halibut, salmon and cod, freshly caught in Sooke! Not only this, but Heather is probably the kindest and most helpful person we have ever met! She had excellent communication and went above and beyond to help us! Excellent prices as well and saved us from an extra trip into Victoria. Highly recommend this business!

A huge shout out to John and Heather at Bull & Sons! You have to experience their charcuterie boards. We ordered one last Christmas and it was an outstanding selection of imported European cheeses and made in house prepared meats.
Last weekend was my guy’s birthday and they made up these beautiful take along charcuterie baskets for our horse & carriage ride through Beacon Hill park. 🙂

Came a few weeks ago for pizza toppings and then created the best homemade pizzas I've ever made. Oh man, the Csabai Salami is the best salami I've ever had! The Beaufort french cheese!

I would highly recommend this business. They filleted & vacuum packed our salmon with a quick turnaround & for a great price. Heather was absolutely wonderful to deal with & she went over and above to help explain everything.

Stopped in and met the owners, had a great conversation about meat and well a whole bunch of other stuff too. Picked up a couple of Steak and Guinness pies, sausage rolls, a few other sausages and some cheese. Heated up those pies and sausage rolls 350 for about 25 min or so the next evening for dinner. Well thats why I put up the 5 stars, cuz it was awesome. Thank you guys, we see you again.

John and Heather are such lovely people, and their shop is full of delicious meats and cheeses and other goodies too! What a gift to have them and their shop in Sooke! Also, John sharpened my knives for me and they love our dog!! Bonus, bonus!!!!!

Honestly one of my favourite food haunts in Sooke. Fantastic made in house charcuterie and condiments. A decent selection of cheese and one of the best sausage rolls I’ve ever had. I just moved here from Toronto and I was seriously worried I’d moved into a food desert until I found this place. A meaty oasis that Sooke should be proud to have.
