Delicious baked goods (especially loved the peach squares). The focaccia was perfection. The hamburger buns were strong enough to hold their own yet soft enough to bite into. Freindly warm down home atmosphere. The artwork in the yard is very unique. It's definitely worth stopping

I drive to other side of town every Saturday just to get the incredible baked goods Sophie and her family bakes every week. The quality of their breads is something out of this world. Great products even greater customer service, Sophie is lovely and I always enjoy our chats. They have a great online order system and I always take advantage of that to guarantee my loaf of bread for the week. I haven't yet been to their farm but I am planning a visit up north this summer.

Beautiful store and farm run by awesome people! I always love going to visit Sophie, whether on the farm or in her bread stand, and the bread she makes is incredible. I also love the fruit treats and cinnamon buns. Sophie and Christian are some of the hardest people in Huron county and it's nice to see how much success they're having.

I can't eat breads with wheat. Red Cat makes a bread they call Belgian Spelt. If I could only have one bread for the rest of my life I'd be very happy for it to be this Belgian Spelt. However, I have other options at Red Cat, such as Sun Spelt (awesome for panini sandwiches) and Harvest Spelt (best French Toast you will ever have!) I'm so happy to have found Red Cat Bakery!
