I have never had direct dealings with this plant supplier. Instead, I have purchased their plants from grocery stores over the years. Each plant had issues, some slowly dying after purchase or not regrowing after winter hibernation when they should. I followed care instructions provided and further researched online in hopes to save the plants. They all looked healthy when purchased, but the only thing I can think of is that they are not properly grown/taken care of prior to shipment to grocery stores. I actively avoid buying from this supplier moving forward.

Oh my God, Burnaby lake green house is no longer my favorite place anymore. They are not respect long time customers. Very rude attitude dealing with customer service.
Even though I knew 2 plants wasn't good looking 2weeks ago but still needed for my customers, purchased 45%off priced.
And 2 plants turned out dead and returned them today, 2sales persons badly treated me, plus they lying that they didn't even carried those plants.😵‍💫
Wow..so rude and badly asking me that she said "show me the bill"!
Since 2007, I have been working in floral business long, I never seen these bad customer service ever ever!
During the last 14 years, this is the very first time for asking exchange the plants at the Burnaby lake greenhouse.

I understand that it can be difficult to find qualified drivers, but the driver who delivered at Thrifty Foods in Morgan Crossing today should not be driving a truck or even be on the road. He was reversing and nearly hit a person and a vehicle with the right of way. I have seen other reports about terrible drivers, making me wonder if it's the same person. My advice to Burnaby Lakes Greenhouses is to find another delivery person who wasn't driving your truck on March 21 at 1:30 PM. This driver is a danger on the road and will eventually get your company into trouble.

Theyre truck driver is ridiculously dangerous on the road. There are multiple other reviews complaining about this. This dude was tailgating, driving in the left lane, flippin people off and swerved at my car when i passed him. Absolutely unacceptable. Id like the business to reach out before i come down to talk to management. That guy shouldnt be on the road.

This morning their truck driver tailgated myself and another truck to pass us and get ahead of a dumptruck. He was speeding through an area traffic was almost completely stopped. His driving was so unsafe that a vehicle ahead of me pulled up beside him to have words with him. This was Lougheed before he merged into the bridge. I have dash cam footage of this and I think it's incredibly unsafe especially in a large commercial vehicle. Looks like based on past reviews they are not addressing the driver so I may pass this onto the police.

Their driver just about clobbered my pick up truck, because he didn’t slow down and look out when he was merging onto the highway in Quesnel bc today.
I understand accidents happen, but he didn’t even attempt to stop, he just kept powering through, even though he was running me off the road (I drive an f150, I’m not hard to see)

Saw your driver on the Pat Bay highway today around noon, headed north towards the ferry. He was speeding in the passing lane, tailgating another driver, with barely 4 feet between them. Terribly unsafe and irresponsible driving. Sort out your driver and their attitude, or keep off our Island. You are not welcome here to risk lives.
