Wow! Just Wow! Today we bbq’d up the sausages and we were not disappointed. Great sized portion for a great price and being I only eat my sausages well done I was extremely impressed that it was still very tender and juicy on the inside. So tasty! My husband failed to get the gentleman’s name that owns the place and served him but he was very pleased by his friendliness and knowledge. We will be back again and again. Thank you!

Stopped in, SO glad we did. Staff are friendly, it’s cool to see how they transformed an old bank into a butcher bar. We ended up leaving with a T-Bone, bone marrow, espressos, and a dozen cannoli -dont skip these -everyone loved them! Quality of meat AAAA+++

I happened upon Butcher Bar on a random visit to Milton downtown, and absolutely fell in love with this elevated European cafe, bakery, cheeseshop and butcher shop. I stayed for a while had an espresso and pastries, then enjoyed some shopping and loved every minute of it. I cannot wait to get back to this destination location. Cheers, Spicy Jan

If it wasn’t eaten so quickly I would have taken a million pictures. The board was just so beautiful. We LOVED our charcuterie board for a corporate event. The focaccia was a dream, and the quality of everything was just the most fantastic ❤️❤️ local gem.

Ordered a large tray of spinach and ricotta cheese lasagna for a pot luck. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the flavours were well balanced. It’s very yummy- I need to stay away or I’ll end up eating a million calories. I felt it could’ve had a little more salt, but not docking marks as it was still reasonably salted and was the appropriate amount as it was being served to a large number of people. My mom had to pick it up as I was unavailable, someone helped load it in the car’s trunk!

It’s so bright and clean and my daughter loved enjoying her dessert at the pastry bar.
This place has a great vibe. Clean and so bright.

We happened to be in Milton’s downtown absolutely randomly as we are from Guelph. Walked in to Butcher Bar to have a look at the steaks that looked fantastic, but we were craving coffee and sweets. The young guy at the coffee counter made me an excellent double espresso (and I am not easily impressed by coffee) and my wife tried to figure out which cannoli she wants with the help from a girl behind the counter. To our surprise the guy said the coffee and the cannoli are on the house and insisted for us not to pay. Such random act of kindness cannot go unnoticed as also shows great customer care and willingness to go an extra mile for customer satisfaction. The least I can do is write a good review but will also be back for some wagyu steaks soon.
Coffee is excellent btw.

I pass this place almost daily driving through town and I always mean to stop in and check it out. Tonight I finally did, and I was not disappointed! I ran in about 25 mins before closing and was greeted immediately by a friendly and very helpful gentleman. I was hoping to pick up a chuck roast, and again I was not disappointed. He had exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in a flash. I wasn’t a regular before, but I will be moving forward. Shop local, it’s the best way to go!
