Just moved to Beaumont. Got 2 well aged strip loin for Friday night grilling. Finally got the top tiers steakhouse quality right in the comfort of my house. Great conversation with the Darren the owner. Learned so much.

My boyfriend and I have made a decision to stay away from factory farmed meat. We stopped in to Butcher's Corner yesterday and the owner was so friendly. He gave us a huge run down of where they get their meat from. He gave us lots of info. It has made our decision to stay away from the grocery store meat so much easier. The prices were really good as well. We have yet to try the meat we got but I'm sure it's fantastic!!

Absolutely fabulous owners and great selection. Darren is very knowledgeable with his cuts of meat. And gave me tips and tricks for using my new smoker. I take my wild game here aswell. His pepperoni is phenomenal. Highly recommended

Darren is a great butcher. We've been buying our meats here for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. Fish, chicken, pork everything is fresh and tasty. We've purchased our Christmas turkey here the last couple of years and they have been fantastic as well.

Great products at awesome prices if you can buy them. I couldn't tell you how many times I've stopped by this place during business hours and it's been closed, it's just gotten to the point it's not worth the trip. I've tried calling ahead for orders, or even ordering in person and coming back for the order and it's still not ready. I understand farming and owning a shop is a hard juggle but you'd make more if you hired some help!

I get full sized briskets and pork shoulder cuts here. They are of high quality and cut just as I request. Sometimes I need the fat cap left on the brisket if I plan to smoke it, and they make sure the beef is prepared as I need. They often have game as well, tasty smoked meats and great bacon! Friendly staff, willing to take phone orders, lots of parking, open after work too. It's worth a drive from Edmonton. I highly recommend Butcher's Corner.

Only place I will but my meat from. Darren and his family do an excellent job. My loyalty comes from his quality and dedication to a great product. Every Saturday I am in there getting my meat for the week. Priced very competitively. Very friendly and personable

A wonderful couple run this business! I wouldn't want anyone else touching my meat! This is the way meat was made to be. The place has style and is run by Canucks with class. The next time I visit Alberta I plan on picking up a bunch of their steaks to bring back to Los Angeles! They don't have places like this in the U.S.
