Super helpful staff! I bought a pear tree that ended up not looking so good after a couple of days. Debbie was quick to help, I sent her some pics and there was no problem returning and replacing the tree. Thank you Bylands!

What great service and enthusiasm! I spoke to Norm about bulk mulch versus soil for my flower beds this week and he kindly answered my questions, gave me his knowledgeable opinion, and even took me to the area of the bulk material outside to show me. Very pleasant experience! I also walked around to take a look at the plants and was impressed by the looks of everything. I will be back and will certainly recommend your business. Thank you!

I was visiting from out of town and popped in to get something for my daughter's birthday. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice variety of plants.

Stopped by today, didn't talk to one staff member, saw many. Over priced, half dead plants. Staff also had their walkie talkies on super loud . My elderly mother and I heard an F-bomb while waking past a staff member . Place seems unplanned and rushed. Won't be back for another disappointing stop in.

Will go down the road for better prices, and friendlier staff!

I was in today to buy a lot of plants I found the prices very reasonable and when I made the mistake of not getting a cart the staff went back and brought me one cheerfully. I thought all the staff I came across were great and store is really nice.Will definitely go back soon and the taco stand food was amazing best tacos ever!

Wonderful staff and selection! They have the cutest selection of pots, houseplants, flowers, etc. Staff are super friendly, creative (custom planting is beautiful!), and very knowledgeable. The customer service, knowledgeable staff, selection, and one-of-a-kind creations are worth every penny! You can buy all kinds of plants at big box stores, but you want get the same service and plants that have are well taken care of.
