Around June of last year, they had their car wash repaired. I’ve told her employees countless times over the past year and a half that the right side dryer is aimed directly down, therefore not drying off the side of my vehicles. This is a simple fix. If you move your vehicle over to get the right side dry, the left doesn’t reach. Either management isn’t getting the message or they just don’t care. I believe I even spoke with the manager last summer about this. I started going to 1/4 mile car wash even though it’s much less convenient for me.

This is strictly for an employee named Shaylynn. Your lack of basic customer service, along with your snarky attitude when called out, is more than enough reason for me to never give this gas station my business again. I know that you probably don’t care, but I’m guessing the manager does. Good luck in life with such a crappy attitude!

Wow, I will no longer be buying my gas here. $162.2 per litre in Okotoks yet the Coop gas bar in High River is $152.9 per litre. This seems to be the same for all the Okotoks gas bars. They have all gotten super greedy. It's worth it to drive to High River or Calgary and boycott Okotoks until they stop trying to rip us off. Got the usual empty and meaningless reply from the owner but I will still not support them. It's worth a short drive for much cheaper gas.

I have never been more disgusted than tonight. I drove up to the self serve a couple minutes before 8. Put in my credit card and co-op number then the lights went out. A young man was outside and I asked if if was closing and he said yes it's Boxing Day. I replied that this was the third gas station I've been to and he said go home.
I work in the service industry and we would never treat customers this way. I know it's not his fault that I had been to three gas stations but his reply was rude and inappropriate.
I expect better services from the services in our town, it is unacceptable.
Doesn't deserve a 1 star rating.

Litterally the rudest experience iv ever had trying to get gas. The older lady with with curly grey hair was incredibly short when I asked if she could cancel the pump because I pree paid before 7 and didn't realize the pumps are physically locked up. She was talking slow to me through the window like i was a toddler kept just saying they are still closed and not even attempting to try and help. I understand your closed my bad but don't belittle a person for a honest mistake its 6am on a Sunday for God sake. I'll be recommending our company switch where we fill up our fleet vehicles.

Staff are great but the real issue is the pumps are sooo RV UNfriendly. I've RV'd for decades but this place is too tight to fit a truck/trailer without risking hitting something. There are far easier places to fill around Okotoks but would like to use my membership for fuel.

This is a great car wash, and the staff are friendly. Some of the pumps are full service, so don't be surprised like I was when some friendly guy kindly started pumping my gas and making pleasant conversation!

The staff is always friendly here and the touchless car wash is one of the best I've been to. They also play country music at the pumps which I love !
