A quality product, great customer service, excellent delivery drivers at a reasonable price.

Our front yard was a barren sloping wasteland. With Cambridge Garden Centre soils, gravels etc one year later it’s something we are proud of.

Anyone who has done some gardening, landscaping or building would recognize their products for their quality.

Today the was a bit of a mix up with my delivery. The sales person put on someone who could make decisions and I had what I needed in less than an hour.

I always enjoy shopping at Cambridge Garden Centre. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of gardening supplies, and home decor is fantastic. Everything is well organized and the quality of the products is always excellent. It's my go-to place for anything garden-related. Highly recommend.

Went to this so called garden center ? Only bought 4 bags of hemlock which is not a cheap mulch . Only bags left were at the bottom of the skid ! Two of the four bags I had to take had a slight tear , one bag had a bigger tear and the young kid threw it off to the slide. I asked the kid if I could have it ? seeing as it wasent useful . He said no can’t do that . Thats the difference in customer service . If he had of thrown in the ripped bag for free I thought that would be nice of them ! Didn’t happen . In the past I’ve been here a few times . I won’t be back . And ya change your name ! There no garden center

Very helpful! We were having a hard time picking which stone selections would be good to use as steps. Huge selection as well!

They got a bunch of NPCs working here. Could not share any thoughts or opinions on any of their stomes. Seems like they are just there to weigh the stuff and collect payment.

We had a small job to do: replace a walkway and front steps. Cambridge Garden Centre gave us a very competitive quote and we booked them to do the work. Then COVID happened and they weren't allowed to come out and do it until recently. Tony, the owner, made sure I was at or near the top of the list of projects when they were allowed to return and he was true to his word. His crew did a great job (as you can see). We're moving out of town so won't be able to use them for anything else, but we'd highly recommend. Just a great experience start to finish.

Went with Cambridge Garden Centre for 3 yards of pea stone as this location was close to my house. When dealing with the sales people they were fantastic. Very helpful in getting me set-up and getting my return done when I ordered to much. This is where the good things end. On delivery day, I called in the morning to get a rough estimate of when stones would arrive. I had taken the day off work and had other family do the same to help. I was told that the dispatcher wasn't in at 9am and that I would get a call a little later. I then got a call at 10:30 saying that the stones would be delivered early in the afternoon (Great). However, early afternoon came and went with no stones or update. I called back at 1:30pm to ask about the delivery and was told that it should be 1-2hrs and then delivered. No problem. 2.5 hours came and went with no contact or delivery. I then called back and asked about the stones and was given attitude that I was calling to see why delivery has changed multiple times. After being told that their driver had to do one more delivery and would then be at my location by 4:45 the latest, I said okay. Keep in mind I now have people taking off a day of work for these stones that I thought would be delivered at some point in the day. 4:45 came and went and I then called at 5pm to ask again what is happening with the stones. Again I got attitude that I was calling to see what was happening, I was then told that the driver wasn't there and that they should be back and ready to go soon. I finally got delivery at 5:50pm! To go from early afternoon to 2:30-3:30 to then 4:45pm to then finally at 5:50pm. The location was 7 minutes away from this place. If you aren't a big company or ordering an insane amount of product a) don't expect the delivery people to care at all about you and b) expect the times to change every hour cause again you won't matter to them.
