J'ai eu la chance incroyable de passer 4 mois à la ferme Campbell Land avec toute la famille. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par la famille Campbell. Leur hospitalité et leur gentillesse m'ont immédiatement fait sentir comme un membre de la famille.

Participer à la récolte des champs aux côtés de la famille a été une expérience incroyablement enrichissante. J'ai conduis des tracteurs et batteuses impressionnants.

Cette expérience restera gravée à vie dans ma mémoire et on peut dire que j'ai vécu le rêve Canadien grâce à la famille Campbell. Je recommande vivement!!

While traveling across Canada, I stumbled upon this farm called Campbell Land that wasn't on my itinerary. On a whim, I decided to visit. It was the best decision ever! What was supposed to be a one-month stay turned into a fantastic four months.

Every day brings something new, a different task/project to tackle on the farm. It's the complete opposite of repetitive, which is exactly what I love. Beyond the rewarding farm work, there are amazing opportunities to immerse myself in the local scene. From community gatherings to exciting events, it's a constant adventure.

This experience has been a welcome change from my solo adventures. Being there with Michelle and her family has been incredible. Their kindness and generosity make me feel like part of the family. And the best part? I've made many life-long friends, both in town and farm, with other people from around the world!

As someone who grown up in a city, in the entire life, finally getting to experience the farm life is amazing! It is even more amazing if it is at Campbell Land!

I will definitely recommend to anyone who looking for a genuine farm lifestyle!

I’ve visited here three times. There were so many experiences and memories in each visiting. I’ve done a lot of things not only farming but also enjoying adventure and activities. Driving through beautiful countryside, camping, hunting, picking wild berries etc. (couldn’t write them all!!)
I’m really thankful to all the people I met , Brian and Michelle for giving me such a beautiful time. I miss them so much.
I hope I come back here to see them again.

I went there for 3 weeks in summer and I met wonderful people. I didn’t expect a lot and have any ideas what is going to happen to me there before I went. But I took this opportunity and it was an amazing time every single day. I was impressed with nature there for sure and also they gave me a lot of experiences that I’ve never had. They taught me how to bake, took me to camping, theater, lake, ice cream shop and I always didn’t know what’s gonna happen the day in the morning lol But every single moment is my treasure 🤍 I really appreciate to have me for a while. Definitely I’d like to come back and see this family again 💕

Words can hardly describe what Campbell Land means to me.
Nevertheless, I'll try to express it in a few lines. I arrived without any expectations, I was warmly welcomed and felt at home from the very beginning. 3 months became 6 months and then more than a year.
I have found a home in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by great nature. A place I can always come back to. If I had to list everything I have learned for life, this article would be quite long. Cooking, taking care of animals, planting a garden, and so on. I was allowed to live my life to the fullest and it was probably the best time for my personal development. I was also allowed to buy my dog and raise her in this special place. We did it all—water skiing, staying in cabins, fishing, whatever you could dream of.
Michelle and her family are now my Canadian family as well. Everyone will find something to contribute to or learn from this farm. Give and take. Work hard, play hard. I can only recommend it to anyone, for a gap year or even for a short time. There are always projects on Campbell Land.
It's an extraordinary international adventure where you'll find family and friends for life.

Mit Worten lässt sich kaum beschreiben, was Campbell Land für mich bedeutet.
Dennoch werde ich versuchen, es in ein paar Zeilen auszudrücken.
Ich kam ohne jegliche Erwartungen an, wurde herzlich empfangen und fühlte mich von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Aus 3 Monaten wurden 6 Monate und dann mehr als ein Jahr.
Ich habe ein Zuhause mitten im Nirgendwo gefunden, umgeben von großartiger Natur. Ein Ort, an den ich immer wieder zurückkehren kann. Wenn ich alles aufzählen müsste, was ich für das Leben gelernt habe, würde dieser Artikel ziemlich lang werden. Kochen, sich um Tiere kümmern, einen Garten anlegen und so weiter. Ich durfte mein Leben in vollen Zügen ausleben und es war wahrscheinlich die beste Zeit für meine persönliche Entwicklung. Ich durfte mir auch meinen Hund kaufen und ihn an diesem besonderen Ort aufziehen. Wir haben alles gemacht - Wasserski, in Hütten übernachtet, Fischen, alles, wovon man träumen kann.
Michelle und ihre Familie sind jetzt auch meine kanadische Familie. Jeder wird etwas finden, was er zu dieser Farm beitragen oder von ihr lernen kann. Geben und Nehmen. Hart arbeiten, hart spielen. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, für ein Auslandsjahr oder auch nur für eine kurze Zeit. Auf Campbell Land gibt es immer Projekte.
Es ist ein außergewöhnliches internationales Abenteuer, bei dem man Familie und Freunde fürs Leben findet.

I visited Michelle and Campbell Land when I started my journey in Canada. I only stayed for a month but I made memories that I will cherish forever.

I got the chance to share and also develop my skills in a unique environment. Michelle and her family are kind and very experienced hosting international guests. I couldn’t have had a better start to my time in Canada.

Every day is different and you get to take in some breathtaking nature. If you are lucky you can even get a look at the northern lights. It’s also a great chance to meet other travellers.

Our plans for a couple weeks stay, turned into a job opportunity and what a great experience I would repeat. These memories I will always remember fondly. Michelle's kindness and warmth made the experience even more special. She ensured everyone felt comfortable and valued, creating a supportive environment where friendships flourished.

The natural beauty surrounding Campbellland is simply breathtaking. Whether it's the snowy wonderland of winter or the vibrant landscapes of summer, each season offers its own unique charm.

Moreover, the amenities at Campbellland are top-notch. The reliable Wi-Fi was a boon for someone like me who spends a lot of time on their laptop. And let's not forget the delicious homemade meals prepared daily for the entire crew – a true testament to the genuine hospitality of the host family.

In conclusion, my time at Campbellland Farm was nothing short of transformative. I walked away with a treasure trove of memories, new skills, and lifelong friendships.
