Ordered lean beef and chicken cubes. Pictures on the website looked nice (see photo 1). Unfortunately, I was not the one picking the order, so the product was not checked at the store. When I opened the box at home, I saw that probably half of beef cubes in the 24 lbs box had ugly irregular shapes, cavities, and thick brown crust. Probably the mix mass was overexposed to air and frost, and they just packed outside cutouts. Three attached photos show what I received.

Not exactly what was expected and definitely not what I wanted to feed to my puppy. At $3.5/lb, it was not the cheapest product either. At least 8-9 pounds of defective beef went to garbage. Making a round trip to the store to return would not be worth it. Very frustrating experience. Waste of money and time. Minus a potential long-term customer.

Great quality food that I trust to feed my dog any day of the week. They are great to deal with on the phone answering any questions I may have. Prices are fantastic and can't be beat, especially for the quality. The only thing I wish was better was their website. I would love to see the break down for each protein/product and the ingredients (what type of organ meat and % or even if it includes bone or not, amount of fat etc). I do call and ask on the phone and they have all the answers, but it would be so much nicer to see it all in writing on the site.

I been coming to canada raw for the last 3 years , my pup is been so healthy than how he was on kibble , they have such a good verity of meat to choose from and the price is absolutely amazing compared to the other stores I been . The quality of the food is top notch my dog eat every single bit of it and drools every time I bring him the food . They have such an amazing customer service they earned a life long customer.

We have a very picky eater, thanks God we found these guys. They sell a very good quality raw food and our dog loves it. Buying their big boxes 55lb has been a life savier, good food for cheap price. Our dog eats 2 lb a day, this way at least we don't have to go every week buy her food.
