I feel sorry for the owner of this store. I've been to ten or so different locations for Canna Cabana, and this store has the laziest staff I've ever encountered.
Either there is a sign on the door that says back in 15, or one person is helping seven customers while the rest of the staff just stands around and if you ask them for help they tell you to wait for the one person helping everyone else.......... I don't have 25 minutes to make a 2-minute transaction. A vending machine would do a better job at serving customers than the staff at this place.

My partner was purchasing products and, while she was doing so, I received a phone call. The employee told me that taking a call in the store was illegal and that I must leave to do so. I did leave to take the call, after questioning the legitimacy of it being "illegal". She became annoyed and told me that it was both a federal and provincial law that I was not to use my phone in the store. I've researched online since leaving and have found nothing to suggest that this is a real law.

I can't entirely trust a retailer that isn't informed and transparent about industry laws vs store preferences.

Evan was amazing and so helpful. His customer service was over the top legit the best. Was amazing how he can handle so many people in the store. Was an awesome interaction. Really appreciate the deals they have here. Thank you so much.

Been shopping here over a year, and NOT ONCE ID'd. And the gall to say you ID everyone. Thankfully it was only a balmy -16 out while you wasted my time. Be better, train your staff. Fix your hours. Figure it out.

Saturday 4, around 730pm shift.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a cannabis store. I was kicked out for entering with someone without ID (he was kicked out which is reasonable). But I, with several forms of government ID was not served because of this. 1 - if I was going to buy cannabis for an underage person I would not be STUPID enough to bring them into the store. 2 - I can literally just come on another day or on another shift or any other store at any time.

So this store is basically saying that if you know someone who is under 19, you can't enter the store of threat of giving it to them. Absolute nonsense. (we are both 23, and he was actually even older than I was.)

I don't want some empty apology and I see that I'm not the only one to experience this. I was insulted in this establishment.

Disgraceful.

Incredible customer service from Devan!

I came in and they were short staffed as it was only him, and on a day that was very busy everywhere.

When I came in, I was the 7th customer in line but I can honestly say that I didn’t wait that long, which is already amazing.

But the other thing that I really appreciated was how Devan treated every single one of us.

Every single customer that came his way he treated with absolute care and with excellent customer service.

10/10 would come back just for his customer service. Give the man a raise!!!

Curly Haired manager has terrible customer service skills, no empathy, and is condescending. Everyone else who I dealt with was great, but unfortunately I will not shop here again due to the cocky manager not having an ounce of understanding.
