The management is horrendous. They seem to forget that they work for their tenants, not the other way around. I have never witnessed such disrespect from any management company before. They lock their doors daily and I have witnessed a fireman being ignored while the staff are inside. They run their housing cooperation in the exact opposite of what a coop is supposed to be like. Coops are supposed to be built like a community; however, the administration makes it clear that they want no part of the community aspect of the coop they're representing. Honestly, it is a disgrace. They also took advantage of the government by over charging subsidies. They placed subsidized rent at $560 0er month when it was supposed to be at $95 per month. They have yet to come clean to the Registry about the fraud the committed from 2011 to 2015. The board of directors are catty and care more about gossiping and bettering themselves than running an inclusive and diverse community. This place is awful.

The place looks very clean and inviting. Everything even the laundry room door is wheelchair designed. Old foljs and children alike live gere in harmony.

Not a bad place to live, it's quiet and management/maintenance is on the ball if something isn't working or broken.
