It deserves-5. Came here at 7.30am, Firstly trailer is always overweight then i found my trailer and ask for paper. Its been 12 hours now am waiting for my paperwork. Be prepared for overweight trailers. Good luck

The security staff here have an unacceptable attitude, showing zero respect for truck drivers...
They believe they are the owners of Cargill. They’re always rude rude and treat drivers so badly. Listen you folks these drivers are essential in keeping the supply chain running smoothly.

CARGILL FOODS/EXCEL, High river
I have been here to pickup load more than 5 times.
Everytime I have to wait for paperwork for atleast 4-6 hours. Sometimes even more than 8 hours.
Employees working here are not really friendly.
If you can wait for longer time, come here, wait in your truck, have coffee, wait for someone from security to tell you that paperwork ready.
I bet you can easily watch 2 full movies while waiting for you load.

Security is rude. They told me load will be ready by 4:00 AM but they gave after 2 days. I don’t know when these big companies will understand truck drivers. Truckers need to unite and reject these big corporates.

Giving one star because of garbage security. I have encountered the rudest security ever. If u r new to this place be ready for rude behaviour from security person. They don’t even try to listen u. Never going back to pickup load.

Wish I could give negative stars. What a dump. Security are the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Paperwork is never ready. Average wait time for me is 14 hours. Never wake you when they say they will. Much like the Cargill family this plant are a bunch of bullies.

Annoying Garda World Security making this place toxic. Security guards are rude to drivers without reason. I agree they’re just enforcing rules but not in right way, Garda World should give them a Customer Service & Work environment Related lesson. I worked for security for more than 2 years but we never treated anybody like they treat us. Poor Security 👎🏼
