In the area for a long weekend vacation, we stopped by several cideries and wineries and this hands down was our favorite. We chatted with Doug about orchards, pruning, tannins, non-alcoholic cider and a ton of other things. Had the opportunity to try their cider and it was amazing, especially their Dabinett. Was a treat for me as it’s hard to find cider that’s not sweetened in the states. A true orchard to glass cidery. Would love to visit the area and go back someday.

Lovely spot, friendly people and delicious cider. We stopped in on opening weekend and enjoyed a tasting flight of cider - all delicious; the red label was our favourite - along with a nice chat with the owners/growers. What a treat! We'll be back for peach season if not before!

Did a tasting and enjoyed them all. Janelle gave us information on each one. She was super friendly and helpful to us as Ohioans and first time visitors to the area. Gave us the county tourist guide book and map of the local area. She shared some tidbits about taking produce and alcohol back to the US. A delightful stop on our long weekend in Ontario.

We came by this cider house yesterday during our stay in Essex. We all agreed that this is probably the best cider we had ever had. Megan was absolutely wonderful and took the time to explain each cider and the process of how it’s made. Such a cute and heartwarming spot!

I tried the Gold Rush, Off-Dry, and Pink. They were all delicious. I'm primarily a beer drinker but do enjoy the occasional cider. I don't normally enjoy sugary or sweet cider, but these seem to hit the right "sweet spot." Would recommend to any cider or booze enjoyers. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Terrible cider, lousy people, awful service. None of these apply to the finest cider I've had in a long time and some of the nicest people I know! Full disclosure, I've known the owners for years, but this truly is the best cider I've tried on Ontario. Balanced, flavourful, and gorgeous in a glass. Worth the drive.

Great time at Carolinia Cider today. Janelle was super nice and knowledgeable. The ciders was excellent. The tasting was lovely. So interesting being on a working farm. Went home with a case.

Nothing fancy but very good cider, a lovely setting and lovely owners. Worth the visit!
