I had a wonderful experience at this location! The staff at the counter were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient in assisting me. I was particularly impressed by their exceptional customer service.
They provided the VALID Western Union Quick Pay option for paying the SEVIS I-901 fee!!!!! After struggling with several other official locations listed on the WU website that didn’t work, I was relieved to find this place. Thank you for such outstanding service!

Horrible experience with this location after then hounding me for 3 days to come in to apply for an installment loan I was met with deceptive information, customer service workers, who will lie about how much you can get just to have your business, make you wait 3 days for a response and then worst of all they don't even call or provide a reason for your file being declined after PROMISING that you are approved. Then running my credit down to the ground because they kept doing credit checks after I told them im not interested in continuing with the loan.

I think you guys should also consider other demographics to work for these locations because its not fair for an English speaking person to struggle to understand someone who is working in a financial sector, I get that its cheaper to pay newcomers but they do not follow the legal guidelines set in place to prevent fraudulent behaviour.

For instance putting a larger amount so that someone can get more money is fraud so I think Cash 4 you should do an audit on the Warden and Eglinton location or at least retrain their staff.
