Just a quick take out visit and grabbed a Superhero sandwich - various cold cuts of meat and cheese, slightly spicy on fresh focaccia bread. Hit the spot and very filling. Pizza slices look devine. When I have more time, I’d like to try their sit down section…their entire menu looks fantastic, especially the pastas and parm.

Castelli Mercato has serious charm—bright space, great vibes, super friendly staff, and Italian music that makes you feel like you’ve taken a quick trip to Rome. On a sunny day, it’s the perfect spot to hang out.

Now, about the pizza... we tried the Roasted Mushroom & Ricotta and the Pepperoni. Gotta be honest—they weren’t quite my style. I’m more of a “juicy pizza” person, and these felt more like the artisanal, rustic kind that a different crowd might love.

The Pepperoni was surprisingly low on cheese (blink and you’d miss it), while the Ricotta one had enough cheese to throw a mozzarella party—so much so, we joked the cheese just migrated from one to the other! 😂 The crust was quite firm too, which made it a bit of a jaw workout. I managed just one slice of the ricotta in 15 minutes and needed a ton of water to keep digestion moving.

That said—the pizzas were huge and generous for the price. There were six of us, all super hungry, and we still didn’t make it past half. Bonus points for value, even if our taste buds weren’t totally aligned.

Tried the pistachio bomb solo—that was a win! Definitely worth stopping in just for that.

Overall, I can see why this place is a local favorite. It clearly hits the spot for a certain pizza-loving tribe… I just think I belong to the saucy, cheesy, slightly-messy slice gang. 🍕😄

If you want a full pizza order online. I would not recommend going in to order unless you are willing to wait a long time or come back. They are popular and tend to be busy. They do have sandwiches but there isnt a menu as they make based on what's in season.
Taste wise the pizza we got the dough was chewy and not enough sauce. But i would go there again to Taste the other kinds. The sandwiches we got were not bad but nothing amazing.
Now we came in at 11:30 am on Saturday aug 2nd and they were swamped with online orders so they didnt really have any selection with sandwiches and pizza slices.

Now the taste or the sandwich and pizzas we did get, it could have been today but the crust was very chewy and the pizza wasnt amazing as from what I kept hearin how good it was. The one thing that I would say if you order more then 2 pizza slice they put it on top of each other which depending on your pizza like with the soft cheese get stuck to the paper and wrecks the pizza.

Amazing Italian pizza and food. We got the Burrata pizza, pepperoni pizza, and some cannoli. Both pizzas were generous in sizing and delicious; great crust. Just be aware that you can only get pizza at certain times of the day, once they switch the oven on. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing place to eat Italian specialties !
We had focaccia sandwich who was amazing and different slice of pizza, all so good !
We also took some duck lasagna to eat at home, sensational flavors and taste !!!

The staff member, young lady with black hair and earrings, was truly a delight when attending to us. Usually the customer service is cold and dry but today was pleasant! Thank you! We love the coffee and pastries here so we’re glad she set the tone for an upbeat experience.

Pizzas were delicious. Baba was ok, not as moist. Other pastries looked good. Also had gelato next door.

Gem!!! We made a wrong turn and saw this place! Wanted some gelato and coffee and got to beautiful cafe with tasty sweets, hot table and gelato! Highly recommend. Definately added this one to my favorite places.

Oh... I forgot to mention that they have patio as well!
