Had to go this store to see if they had the dog food we needed for Thor. They have the food. What a beautiful store, clean, bright and all the farm supplies you would need. Staff was very professional and helpful , answered all my questions. Great job.

Went in to purchase cracked corn feed and was directed to the feed shelves. Grabbed a bag from the labelled shelf and brought it up. I inquired about the feeds price and referring to cracked corn and the associate looked at the bag and said it’s all the same. Got home and opened the bag and it wasn’t corn feed at all (my mistake for trusting their labels) I contacted the store to exchange the bag for the proper bag and due to the fact it was open they won’t exchange the bag. If this is the case for returns, best to have staff who know what products they have on the shelves in the proper place and labelled correctly so that when customers inquiry on their products that they’re directed to the right item.

We went to CCGW after the person we wanted to buy softwood shavings suggested them. The store is bright and well laid out and the staff very friendly. The prices were lower than other farm supply outlets I regularly shop. I will plan to use them whenever I am in the area.
