They just blow the leaves and leave them where ever they can. The wooden fences start to rot if there are leaves around them. They push the leaves with blowers and leave them. Very unprofessional

Cedar Creek Property Services has been a delightful company to work with. Our property was formerly an award winning property that, for years, did not receive the quality of service required. To rectify the situation, Cedar Creek was hired. From the outset we have found the owner, Scott to be very knowledgeable, and a good listener, with the ability to take our gardens from a very unkempt, neglected condition into a very much improved and delightful state, meanwhile utilizing practices for keeping the expenses at a minimum. I have found his 'team' to be young, capable, enthusiastic and really pleasant to work with. I have enjoyed them very much. His team, when on the premises are easily identified by their Green safety vests, which is helpful. Lastly, Scott has been very accessible and available for meeting with ourselves and with other service providers for our extensive property ie. for working cooperatively with the irrigation company and in addition with the company that services the ponds that are integral to the beauty of the property so that services are not duplicated and all needs are met. Scott always has good ideas for limiting expenses but at the same time, continuing to add to the beauty of the gardens. We are very happy and have no reservation in recommending Cedar Creek Property services.

As a former Strata Council member for Cedar Downs condo / townhouse complex in Pitt Meadows, one of my duties was to meet with Scott each week to review our landscaping needs. In the 3 1/2 years that I worked closely with Scott I listened and reported back to council on his suggestions such as: areas of weeding and/or pruning priority, plant placement / replacement, pruning schedules, design enhancement / function etc. Scott would work directly with another one of contractors - Select Sprinklers to ensure our irrigation system was functioning fully to support our vegetation. Scott is very approachable, not only himself but also his entire crew. They have always been professional, courteous and helpful in all areas of landscaping maintenance at our complex. Cedar Creek Property Services team take much pride in their work as this is very evident when looking at our landscaping. I would highly recommend this company in a heart beat.

Cedar Creek has been providing landscaping services, for a few years, in our 20-unit-townhome-complex in Vancouver. Their staff are very friendly, knowledgable, professional and responsive.

These guys are very unprofessional and inconsiderate to residents.
They clearly have zero idea how to trim trees or clean up properly.
Most the time they stand around with as many guys as they can charge out to charge your strata to inflate there bill and they all hangout talk and vape around your building doing as little as possible.
Would absolutely not consider this company.

Seen them on numerous occasion blowing nothing around to look “busy” or just vaping and hanging out and when they actually blow debris it’s usually at parked vehicles and into the street because they are too lazy to dispose properly. You are going to kill a motorcyclist blowing debris into the road if you keep it up. I have it all one video on numerous occasions and I’ve even emailed the owner before he was plain rude and said they weren’t done but not once did they clean up the mess they blew into the street.

Really enjoyed doing business with this company, they are very knowledgeable about horticultural practices. All of the workers I have been around are friendly and very professional.
