Oh yes! If I was low on points with my wife and daughter, Cedarcreat Gardens would have improved my score significantly!

We got a healthy looking Snakeplant for the common area in J'Mishe dorm at UNB, and plan to get another for the apartment at home.

The variety is huge, the prices are reasonable and you don't have to buy a big one if a smaller one matches your budget better. They can fix that.

Michele got excited about the self watering pots. She bought one and got the flower transplanted with dirt, fertilizer and water by a young, very sweet flourist, for free.

Definitely a big recommendation!

Amazing garden! It maybe a largest garden in this city (Saint John). It is wonderful for flower lovers and gardener. Here, you not only find many kinds of plants, beautiful flowers, cacti,... but also all that is needed for your nice garden.
Acceptable price.
Friendly staffs.

Who doesn't love a good garden centre?
Besides the amazing plants, ADORABLE pots, and home decor... I also recently attended a plant workshop held inside the greenhouse.

Have been a returning customer for a while now and I will definitely be coming back shortly.

Wonderful location, lots of great product, we experienced very poor service twice while ordering specialty shrubs. I have been married to my wife for over 24 years and I still think she is one of the kindest people that I know - I can't imagine a reason to treat her poorly when we are placing business. Whatever was happening with multiple staff members on two separate visits (maybe under staffed or stressed?) I hope that things get better for them.

I took my kids to see Santa at their Santa event this weekend and was very impressed with how well run the event was. Staff were personable and Santa looked great and was very friendly. They had dog treats for the dogs, and candy for the kids who visited Santa. Staff were festively dressed and made the process very easy. Really loved that the fee for the event was by donation to a cat rescue.

Don't bother shopping here!! They falsely advertise. Besides the fact that I've purchased expensive electronic Christmas decorations that have not lasted a year, the staff and management are exceptionally rude. As per the false advertising, they promoted a 2 hour session with Santa this year that lasted from 12-2pm. I called to verify that Santa would be there until 2pm as we were running late. We rushed and were able to get there before 2pm, and Santa was packed up and gone. When I questioned why Santa was no longer there since it was not yet 2pm, the older woman who came out of the main office proceeded to ignore me. So they lied to me on the phone, less than 10 min before our arrival, and they ignored me when I questioned them on it. Rude, unprofessional, and not worth your time or money. Do yourself a favour, and shop elsewhere.

In response to the excuse posted by Cedarcrest Gardens - we did not arrive at 1:59pm. By the time we finished our exchange with your very rude staff member, it was 2 minutes to 2pm. Regardless, your Santa was packed up and long gone, which means he was already on his way out when we placed the call less than 10min before our arrival. If an event is scheduled to go to 2pm, even if you arrive within the last 10min, you still expect the event to carry through until the scheduled time of completion. It does not take long for one child to sit on Santa's lap, and given the fact that we were the only car in the lot when we pulled in, if your Santa had bothered to stay, 5min would've been more than enough time. You could've been honest on the phone and told us not to bother even trying to make it since your Santa was planning on ducking out early, but instead, you chose to lie. We found just as nice a tree at Kredl's in Hampton for a much better price and a more pleasant shopping experience. Given that we've had a series of negative interactions at Cedarcrest Gardens, it's my advice that you wisely spend your money elsewhere. They don't back up their products, and their staff is rude, which seems to be a theme in the posts, so we're obviously not the first ones to notice.

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and have a good sense of humour. Great selection of plants. I don't think I have ever left without some plant I didn't already have in my 'collection'. Super nice that it is close to the hospital so after being there, you can come here for relaxing plant therapy.
