I’ve been getting all my soils, rocks, and mulch from this landscaping supply place for a while, and I couldn’t be happier! The service is always friendly, the prices are great, and I never have to wait long for my products. It’s my go-to spot for all my landscaping needs.

Soil was loaded with weeds that my contractor purchased on my behalf from Central. When asked, Central admitted that their soil had more weeds than usual blaming the weather. They were given the opportunity to make right this situation but they refused to. The soil in this condition should not have been sold or at the very least, customers should have been warned. I didn't find them reasonably priced based on the quality of the product and there are other choices in the Cowichan area that are competitively priced and more professional. Weeds grew over 4 feet tall, and I've been told I'll be fighting with this soil for years.

Got a couple small pickup truck loads of lawn soil this weekend. The young man working solo was AMAZING! Kind, efficient, polite, and kept a cool head while alternating loading the line up of trucks with collecting payments in the most quickest way possible without making you feel rushed or kept waiting too long. I didn’t catch his name but I’m really glad that this was one of the only outs open on a long weekend Sunday! I’ll be back!

Good dirt, friendly folks, reasonable cost.

Never had any problems with these guys, and there dirt has a nice balance of fertility to coarse non-organics. We never have to worry that the dirt is 'hot", and we have never had a callback regarding their materials.

Added update: the owner contacted me and I have updated my rating because of this. We went to order some gravel and were told we needed to leave a credit card number because the delivery if 2 yards went by weight not yards. When I expressed I didn't want more than I needed the clerk freaked out by saying I was accusing him of being a thief. I said I wanted 2 yards not more or less and he said that wasnt possible I said I was happy to pay for 2 yards only. The clerk continued to freak out. So I said forget iit I don't want to buy from him and left. I will be calling the owner because this employee was not acting in the best interest of the company.

Val is the best, love heading to the office for a good BS session. Great place for all soils and aggregates. The yard guys are attentive and trained to listen to loading requirements. Keep it local, A1++
