This place is fantastic!
I FINALLY had the pleasure of visiting Charlie’s Place this past weekend and boy oh boy was I ever impressed! First of all, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting and chatting with Charlie himself - and what a gem he is! If you get the chance, definitely have a good chat with him!
The store is well laid out, has a myriad of products available (I bought some pepperoni house made rolls and bacon - the pepperoni never even made it home…..) I also had a sample of the brisket - holy SMOKES - I will DEFINITELY be back for more of that (and many, many other products)!

I don't buy ANY meats at the chain stores, and haven't for at least 5 yrs since learning about Charlie's. It's the bomb! Best bratwurst, ribeyes, thick cut smoked bacon...I could go on and on. Prices are surprisingly affordable considering this is a custom butcher shop; oft times I pay less than big grocery chains and Charley prides himself on keeping current to closely match pricing. Once you come here you won't go back....to anything else!

I finally figured out the trick to trying the brisket and pulled pork on Thursdays and it’s AMAZING!!! My two year old is in a phase of not wanting to eat much- but he DEVOURS THE BRISKET!! Everytime! The staff are always so sweet. The beef jerky is also top notch at such a great price. I HIGHLY recommend everyone check this place out you won’t regret it!!

Can't say enough good comments about this butcher shop Order a beef roast for a special BBQ dinner and omg so tender and tasty. This business goes beyond to ensure great customer service. 😊👌👍

I grew up in slave lake alberta, most of our meet was obtained through a butcher and hunting. I moved into the city and with continence of shopping all in one place I forgot about how amazing a good butcher is.
The price, quality and service is top notch. The ladies inside gave me tips on how to make jerky for myself.
Only negative side is now I will never buy another bag of beef jerky or any kind of meat from a shopping center again, charlies then right into the cooking device of chouce. This place has brought back so many good memories.

Said does not really deal with key cutting, and if has to go shop on sunday gonna charge more. But I didn't care, really sounded like did not wanna help. So I hung up. I remember Charlie's from 90s and was happy to help in -40!
