Friendly staff knew where things were and found something that I wasn't expecting to find and purchased two of them. Since I'm not from B.C. a very good experience. Paint lady was exceptional love the colour she made for my other half who's moved here ahead of me.

The customer service was exceptional. We were in town setting up a modular home. The knowledge and expertise of the staff were great. The stock was exceptional for a small town as we needed some not so common parts and they had them all.

Awesome staff. Especially at the contractor section. Knowledgeable and friendly all the time. Only downfall is the paint section, I feel like most of the time there’s no one around that area that can help. Great store overall and great staff. Clean also!

Fantastic Hardware store for this small town.
