Very nice and clean camping site in a small town by the river, they have a 15 full service site for $40 a night and about 10 non-service site for $25. Also they have a nice and clean washroom and shower for free! Good place to stay!

Hmm…the sites are v close together, no views , but River right there. Loud trains at night. Friendly people/staff well run. Family oriented ~

Wish I could give 10 stars. Mavis and Stu are the nicest host you ever gonna get the pleasure to be a guest of. I stayed for 3 nights for just 25$ a night. Clean washrooms and showers. Good Wifi. Nice and mostly quiet surroundings. The river is beautiful. If you have the chance go visit this excellent place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my three days here in my tent. Close to grocery store/gas. Railway Grill Restaurant has awesome food and staff. A&W has awesome breakfasts! Had a spot overlooking the S.Thompson River near boat launch. Very nice and relaxing!

The park was easy to find. Follow the signage from the Trans Canada Highway. . There is pavement all the way. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. The interior road is dirt and in good condition||Our site, 09, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is not too bad for an urban park. Each site has a permanent table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was well groomed and located near the South Thompson River.||The park included wifi was workable but there was NO cable TV. We did not search for any OTA channels. Satellite would be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. There is a very large, grassy, CLEAN off leash park across the road behind the ball diamond. There is easy access to a boat ramp so if you have a Kayak or Canoe you will be pleased with the location.||There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a very nice overnighter. We paid $40.00 “CASH ONLY” per night and we feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.

The location was absolutely fantastic. The check in process was easy and the lots were a decent size. Try not to get an end spot as the road is quite busy due to it being the only boat launch often open in town. Wifi never seemed to work no matter how close we were. Spots could have been a bit cleaner as we found tons of cigarette buts and you can definitely smell the water treatment plant from across the street. Overall we would stay again next time we pass through.

Schöner kleiner, familiärer und ruhiger Campingplatz. Die Betreiber sind super nett und die Waschräume sind wahnsinnig sauber. Schön am Fluss gelegen in dem man auch super baden kann!
